Excellent location, directly across the street from the beach, gorgeous view! Front desk staff very hospitable. Rooms good size, extremely clean, comfortable, hot tub a def plus! Love staying at this resort!

One very unfriendly clerk on Sunday, Mar. 10th at 10:15. Everyone else was wonderful. I called to check out and let her know that I had scraped my leg on sofa bed and had unknowingly bled on the sheets and she acted very put out.

You have to walk outside to get to the building with the pool. Not fun in January. Also the heating units were super loud and constantly blew freezing air while on the heat setting.

booked a 1br suite, very spacious, exceptionally clean, full kitchen, jacuzzi located in bedroom, 2 full baths. stayed on second floor, balcony ran full span of suite, room wasn't directly facing the ocean but we were able to see the ocean from our sliders and balcony, beautiful view, ocean is directly across the street. very quiet, front desk clerk very friendly and exceptionally attentive. king size bed very comfortable.

Wish there was some sort of continental breakfast. Mattress was a little uncomfortable. The fitted sheets did not stay on the mattress.

Kristen, our host at InnSeason Resort Surfside, made our stay exceptional. Her prompt assistance rectified our room booking mistake, ensuring we enjoyed the perfect view. Enjoying beautiful sunsets at night and waking up to the ocean at our doorstep was just awesome. The room was very clean and the tranquil atmosphere elevated our experience. We can't wait to come back!

While we knew this going in, a 10am checkout is very difficult. I can understand this in peak season, or when a resort has one changeover day, but seriously? I would happily pay extra for a noon checkout.

Very comfortable apartment. Loved having two bathrooms. Kitchen was nice. Well equipped though a non stick frying pan would be nice. Cleanliness everywhere was a 10. We also enjoyed the in room jacuzzi.

On the morning after my first of a two night stay, me and my girlfriend were woken up at 9 AM by housekeeping knocking on the door. There was a do not disturb sign on the door and check out time is at 10 AM and I was not checking out until the next morning. I was surprised that somebody was knocking on my door, yelling housekeeping at 9 AM despite everything I mentioned above. Maybe the staff was not informed that I was staying two nights, but the sign do not disturb on The door was overlooked and it was only 9 AM. Check out wasn’t until 10 AM. Other than that everything was perfect. The next morning we left before 10 AM, and the housekeepers did not make that mistake again so I think it was an honest mistake and that is cool. I would definitely come back to this hotel. It was excellent.

Lacked kitchen table . Had an efficiency. Better sheets and blankets.. playground not geared for children under 7. We had a 3 year old. Playground area needs update lots for adults to do in resort

The only thing I didn't like was the bed. It was too firm for me.

My husband and I stayed in a room with a kitchenette, which had everything for our cooking needs. The room was a perfect size for the two of us. The patio was large with sturdy table and chairs. We had a view of the ocean, which was stunning. Beach access was directly across the street and was never crowded. The pools were nice and other lodgers were friendly. The location was great. Short driving distance to different towns and various things to do. I highly recommend and would stay at Inn Season Resort again.
