At first, found the reception front desk staff quite unreasonable as they would not extend an extra night when requested verbally- was advised to extend online although being there at front desk in person. Appreciate Abita more understanding when families are involved. Next, when enjoying swim with kids- a very rude reception when staff enquired if we were in-house guests, singled out whilst other guests enjoyed their swim. A better way would be to verify with front desk reception rather than assumptions on looks or ethnicity. An improvement of this would be appreciated.

The wait staff during night shift are commended for their excellent service. Gratitude to the night bar staff. The porters and male/female staff at Front Entrance made this stay memorable all-round. Holiday Inn has always been our first choice of stay when travelling to Suva Fiji .For the past ten years pre covid we traveled more than 10 times and have always chosen your hotel for stay ,This trip the check inn services was exceptionally bad .I must say very rude .

I didn't like that the pool being so public. Could have been abit of a barrier around it. Sound proofing between the rooms was not good, I could hear every word. There was not light above the coffee making station.

Breakfast spread was excellent but the egg cooking station was not, by the time the egg order arrived the rest of my breakfast was cold. the next day I just had the scrambled egg from the buffet and it was nice. The fruit and yoghurt was really nice. Room service was good. Staff were very good and always friendly.

A family of 3 in the standard room was quiet uncomfortable. I also understand the hotel was was fully occupied during our stay hence we couldn't upgrade.

Not many things 1 - balcony overlook the downstairs roof. Aircon was hard to change if need to. Room services for breakfast not clear on the menu provided. E.g. porridge should add milk to it. Few times have to require jug of milk to be brought to the room Taking orders need to be improve Thank you

The hotel location is very convenient which means easy to get places where we want to go. The staff were wonderful very attentive. The room was ok for short stay. Overall we're happy to stay there in future.

Didn't have a gym on the premises but there was access to the gym close by. TV channels could be improved.

The facilities were excellent and the breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and were always willing to help. I would certainly stay there again. Location was also very good.

We could not adjust the air conditioning in the room. In spite of turning up the temperature, it was unpleasantly cool. We turned off the aircon, took the duvet out of its immaculate white cover, and used the cover as a top sheet. We then had a very good night's sleep.

The room was very quiet and comfortable. We had to leave for the airport at 4am, and the staff were prompt and helpful with our bags. When we explained to the dining room staff that we needed a quick meal so we could get some sleep before our early departure, they were very helpful. The garden was very attractive, with a good view of the harbour.

We had an unfortunate experience with room service food when we arrived late in the evening. It took a long time, needed chasing up and and was cold when it arrived. However, the manager was very helpful, and doing her best with staff whose friendliness made up for the somewhat relaxed service.

We arrived with a big family group late in the evening, and left straight after breakfast for a transfer to an island. The staff were very helpful with the checkin process, and in helping us with our luggage. There was a lot of choice for the buffet breakfast and the food was very good.

Quite noisy, the door is hardly isolated so whenever someone talk in the corridor, we feel like it is inside the room.

One of the best 2 hotels in Suva. Big room. Great common area with pool in front of the ocean. Good and generous breakfast
