Unfortunately the great British weather, which is clearly outside of the owners control

There is only one word that we can use for The Count House; EXCEPTIONAL! Value for money, very well located, extremely comfortable apartment, and exceptional breakfast. Without doubt we will be looking to return when the better weather arrives! Michelle; thank you for taking care of us and you should be justly proud of the accommodation, facilities, and services you provide.

The Count House is a beautifully done out spacious studio apartment with continental breakfast provided fresh each morning. Lovely and comfortable with facilities such as a microwave for quick and easy meals if you don't want to go out. It was nice to have the large outside decking to enjoy the sunsets. Friendly host who greeted us on arrival and explained all we needed to know.

Perfect location to explore West Cornwall. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of a country pub. Great breakfast.

My husbands view was if only he had a choice of continental or cooked breakfast, it would have been 10/10 rather than 9/10

Husband disappointed to receive a continental breakfast but I was more than happy with it. Property was very clean and very spacious.

It’s not that we did not like it as host are very friendly, just feels weird that someone is living under you.

Property was in a perfect location to travel all around Cornwall. The views from the balcony was amazing. The service the hosts provided was second to none.

Would have liked a blind in the bathroom.

Spacious, clean, comfortable accommodation. Lovely outlook, with telescope to make the most of the view. Good selection for continental breakfast and made good use of the egg boiler. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

As it is summer, a lot of flies can be quite annoying. Enjoyed too much breakfast from here, probably have gained some weight durring stay, luckily I have oversized clothing.

The whole place is sparkling clean. Breakfast was brilliant, super tasty. Free Parking space. Privacy being respected. Amazing hospitality. Welcoming and friendly. There is a big bottle of drinking water nice and cold, the beatiful and delicious scones with new pot of clotted cream, fresh strawberries and strawberry jam are stand by on arrival!! Fan is a life saver from the heat in summer! Shower is amazing, two different type and both are comfortable powerful. Bed is big and comfortable. Beautiful view from balcony everyday. Not seeing any negative side here !! Deffinitely recommended for solo traveller, couple or group of friend not more than 3 people. Will deffinitely come back here if I go to Cornwall again in future!

A quiet location with a sea view. We enjoyed the complimentary scones with cream, jam and strawberries on arrival. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and comfortable with an enjoyable breakfast delivered to us every morning. We were sorry that we had to leave. We will recommend the Count House to our friends.
