Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Our room 386 was lovely with view to the ocean. Our bed was beautifully decorated "CONGRATULATION" to our 40th anniversary with the card. Big thank you to Ema and Paulini from Slolis restaurant who were looking after us made our anniversary dinner very special! The breakfast was to die for, especially seating in "ADULTS ONLY AREA" We spend lots of time in a pool, the service - food or drinks from Solis bar was a bonus!! All staff - start from the receptionists, waitresses or cleaners was efficient, amazing & friendly... lots of Bula!

GermanyFood & atmosphere in the seefood restaurant wasn´t great (not tasty, very noisy). Steak restaurant had great atmosphere and staff, food was good, but not outstanding. Once laundry came back with purple dots, but that wasn´t mentioned (this can happen, but please let your customer know). Leather case of computer was all wet on the departure day and seemed to be soaked for the entire stay (during cleaning process?). This wasn´t mentioned either and the case needed to be replaced. (same thing: this can happen, but tell). The luxury surely got it´s price, be aware...
The Waitui Club and the pool is breathtaking! The staff is very, very friendly and asked for things to improve constantly. The Club offers a lot of extras as canapes, mocktails, pool towels, sunscreen, sunglases. Included massage was amazing! Included laundry service was a plus and things came back ironed and nicely place in the closet. Breakfast outstanding in variety! Luxury all over. I would happily book again.

New ZealandNot something I would comment on, but incase you take feedback - bed mattress needs to be reviewed. Our room mattress was quite soft, it sunk down quite quick after sitting on one side. For the comfort and support, do not recommend the bed for a long period stay. You'll find after a few days your back start to ache.
Location was highly convenient, extraordinary service from the team, breakfast buffet was so good, so many varieties to choose from, Dinner buffet was just as good. I loved the activities, the pool table and table tennis room, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely look to return in the new year.

AustraliaAs mentioned to one of the staff we stayed in the adults only wing, the wing that runs straight towards the ocean not the parellel wings. the issue was the smell of mould/dampness when you enter the corridor . i am not sure if this is the wet carpet ? it was unpleasant smell. that is the only negative i can think of .
We absolutely loved the breakfast. The menu was great, honestly it was my favourite meal of the day eating at the Wautiu cafe/restaurant . The pool in the adults only section is amazing. the service in the area is also fantastic. the staff are all so friendly, each and every one of them are great happy people.

AustraliaWe had our rooms upgraded but the rooms we were given were newly renovated and right next to rooms that were currently being renovated so during the day, you could almost hear every bit of drilling happening next door. Our room, being a newly renovated room smelt like fresh paint and gyproc boards. We tried to air the room out by leaving the door open only to walk back in to a puddle of water caused by condensation. The staff, however, were great, attended to the room and made it good as new! Vinaka Sofitel team!
The staff are absolutely amazing and the rooms were super clean & serviced more regularly than I thought. Food was great & location was perfect, being only a short walk from the port. We were a group of friends and having the Republik bar and club right at the hotel was perfect for us!
