Really friendly staff, the hotel arranged a transfer from the airport for us and were always on hand to answer questions. The room was very cheap and in a nice, quiet street. Breakfast was delicious and we would stay again

For longer stay, there is no fridge or safe in the room.

Location of the hotel is excellent, close walking distance to the Wawel castle and Kraków old town. Breakfast was the winner of its stay, range choices of cold and hot food and drinks. Window was a good barrier from the street noise. Room was spacious, cosy, clean and with comfy beds, with all necessary amenities . Check out is at 12 pm, so if you planning night out , this is great opportunity to catch up with your sleep. Also there is no problem to leave your things at luggage storage room next to the reception and collect anytime.

The bed wasn't the best, and the duvet didn't cover 2 people, it was a single duvet on a double bed which wasn't great

Clean nice rooms, breakfast was amazing with lots of choice. Staff friendly. Close to attractions but quiet location. Great value for money. Not far to walk to old town. Indian street food a few doors down was lovely and handy for a quick meal after site seeing.

Nothing to complain about. Fair price, good location, perfect breakfast. Room and beds were simple but clean, quite space.

Location is really good, walkable to the castle and city center, as well as one train station and 30mins or tram to the main railway station to go to Auschwitz, for example. But the best was the breakfast, it was delicious and with tons of variety. There were 5 kinds of cheese, coffee machine with several types and strong, every day served home baked goods like cake, bread or sweets. The tradicional salty bagel can also be found there. Also nearby there is an amazing italian-based restaurant (Warsztat) with enormous cheap plates and a lot of options, we went there everyday. Definitely recommend for a perfect stay in Poland! 10/10

We noticed there’s no toiletries or slippers offered any more, maybe it’s to save money but it was advertised as available, I did ask a few times at the desk but we didn’t get any.

Our room was large on the second floor - the street noise was ok - we’ve stayed many times before and because of the great location it’s inevitable you hear people & traffic but it didn’t disturb us.

Staff (young boys) at breakfast need more training. Someone broke a a glass and they just stood there. Lady had to ask for a dustpan and brush and sweep it up herself! Breakfast needs topping up more! Shouldn’t run out of bread rolls at 9am when it’s served until 10.30.

Lighting in the room could have been better. The double bed was in an alcove, which was a bit tight getting down the sides (room 201). The shower control was a lever, which when showering, was easy to knock on to a different temperature and power setting.

The breakfast was great, as was the location. The staff were friendly and helpful.
