Room was congested with the sink outside the bathroom which has become unhygenic. Conceirge was not welcoming. More activities for adults.

Stayed here while on a family holiday and was absolutely beautiful! Staff are helpful and super friendly, room was clean and always tidy. Really made our trip more enjoyable. Also the breakfast buffet was *chefs kiss* :)

It was all fabulous but I think the resort could go with another option for nightly dining. It was a bit limited.

The staff were all exceptional. Every single one of the staff members acknowledged and greeted you each day. The gentleman on reception who did our check-in was warm, friendly and helpful.

It would have been lovely if the rooms were cleaned in the middle of the day when most people are out as opposed to the afternoon when kids wanted to take a nap and we just wanted to relax then get ready for dinner. Our room was cleaned between 4 and 5:30 which was very inconveniencing. Also, we would have appreciated some flexibility with kids food pricing for the buffet dinners. Most other hotels just charge the standard kids menu meals and maybe $5 dollars extra, not half of what adults pay for the buffet dinners. For this reason, we didn’t have any buffet dinners because we wouldn’t get value for money for kids meals.

We had our kids and they absolutely loved the pool, water slide and zipline (kids club). The pool is massive and there’s lots of space for poolside beds. Staff were so friendly and very kind.

The one thing that wasn’t great was the food - the service and facilities of the restaurants was still above expectations, but the quality of the food wasn’t great. I have been told this about Fiji as a whole though so I don’t think this is a resort specific thing.

Rooms and general property were so clean! Especially for a family resort. The fact that staff were in the pool scrubbing every morning was extremely impressive. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly.

My room 133 on ground floor very nice and spacious But there is No noise insulation. I could hear the person in the room above moving around. Using the toilet in the middle of the night. Running water in sink and shower. I would not go again unless I could guarantee a top floor room!

The resort had everything you needed. The bed was really comfortable and we were upgraded to the luxury room which included complimentary mini bar. You could even trade in your mini bar snacks for other snacks you'd prefer more. Resturants within the resort were great too. Would return. They also let you use the showers at the spa if you check out but have a late flight.

Highly recommend the adults only wing of the hotel. The pool area was amazing and included a swim up bar! The spa was also a nice treat! We chose a one hour couples massage.

The only real issue I have is the price of the food relative to the quality. I dont feel that the prices of the food on offer matches the quality. They have a lot of choice in the buffet but the prices are similar to fine dining in Australia. My recommendation would be to eat outside of the hotel if you can.

The best feature of this resort are the staff. They are absolutely amazing. Perhaps the best of any hotel I have ever been at. They went above and beyond so many times. The pool was good and the options for parents were really good. The shopping at the resort meant I never had to leave.
