Shower leaked at door fitting - made bathroom floor wet with slipping a possibility - had to use bath mat and hand towel on floor.

Hot water system really needs to be looked at, we had decent hot water on the 6th day. Electric water heater should be improved.

Upon arrival & check-in, our room was given to another guest so the receptionist had to contact the manager & thankfully, another 2 bedroom apartment was available which was then given to us. The very next morning though, a phone call was made at 6:45 am telling us that we needed to move our car as it was the allocated parking lot for the manager. It was actually a different car that was parked in that spot and not ours. But seriously though, calling us and waking us up at 6:45 am is just not acceptable.

The room was nice and clean & the bed really comfortable.

Main negative was that it was quite noisy caused by people outside room, and occupants above dragging chairs across the floor. The bathroom shower was also a little grubby.

Nice, very large room that had all amenities. Impressed by the view, balcony and outdoor pool area. The room was cleaned each day, which was a bonus.

We had trouble with the toilet, it would get blocked quite often and the water pressure from the shower could’ve been better. The lighting in the room isn’t that great either.

I loved the new renovated look, very welcoming and gave a great first impression.

We were on the top floor facing the sea, so the wind kept rattling the balcony door.

Seeing as reception was manned 24hrs and our room was the first room, it could get rather noisy throughout the night or early in the morning with the team talking to one another or telling each other off which also happened a couple of mornings.

The room was very comfortable and the location was just high enough to be out of the hustle and bustle of Suva.

Clean and Modern and close in proximity to city centre

No restaurant at the hotel yet however that wasn't too bad as the hotel is so close to the city. Spoilt for choice for places to eat. Note that there are stairs to get to rooms, Not sure if there is an elevator. Also WiFi is paid for so we used our own mobile data.

Location was a definite bonus, walking distance to town and public transport places. Staff were friendly, easy check in and nice spacious rooms. Nice balcony looking out over Suva harbour. Pool looked good too although we didn't actually swim. I believe they've recently renovated their property. A very comfortable stay and would stay here again.

No elevator, which may be hard for some people with luggage. Poor lighting and no place to sit and work.

This hotel is well located with a view to the port of Suva. Has a pool and balconies. Very nice areas in the room and a good kitchen. AC is good and quiet. The bed is comfortable and the WC is clean and spacious.

A heads-up that there is no complimentary WIFI and the paid option is for one device only. The rooms are not soundproof.

The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel was scrupulously clean and tidy. Location was central and easy walk to everything. I liked the balconies on the rooms and view of the port.
