They close the pool a bit early.

It is a very convenient location for downtown and shopping. It has recently been remodeled and has a kitchen area and patio for each room. It is tranquil and has a lovely view of the harbour. I recommend this for a more extended stay in Suva. The staff is warm and friendly with a daily cleaning service. I would advise others to stay here as well.

Restaurants were a little walk away, like 15 min before there are other things than fast food. Shower was a little high, so not a lot of pressure for the lower body. All in all, only minor things.

The owner was kind and upgraded us to a room with a kindsize bed on the top floor with a good view. Very spacious room and good bed. A nice balcony where you could sit in the evening.

Great location just 5 - 10 mins up the hill from the main street and port of Suva. Ashmin and her staff were friendly and smiling and always happy to help you. Great pool and gardens maintained by your wonderful man who has awesome knowledge and passionate about making you comfortable. Rooms were big and spacious, great kitchen facilities with modern fridge, stove and cutlery. Wonderful view of the port.

WiFi didn't work and we bought the paid WiFi and it still didn't work. We also felt it was quite expensive for the area.

Something was left in the fridge, which started to smell, so I could not use the fridge.

I would have liked an electric outlet near the bed but there are many throughout the room.

Very understanding owner and staff. I had to change my booking last minute because of flight delays and was not charged for the night I did not spend at the hotel, also received a room upgrade. The room was spacious, well equiped and had a nice view. The hotel is a 2mn walk from the city centre, very central and practical. Despite being so close to the centre and the wharf, there was no noise during the night. Very relaxing.

More cleaning and dusting needs to be done.

Our stay was superb. Location was extremely valuable. Cleanliness needs to be updated a bit. Overall stay was excellent.

Towels too dull and old had stain marks. Maybe they should use bleach to whiten them.

Everything was good except the towels were old a Nd had stain marks on them the colour of the towels looked brownish instead of clean white. They should upgrade their towels. There was no dryer no had cream. No milk we had to buy them. The Watchman was very friendly a d polite. The staff were also nice.

My question is, how do you allocate rooms to your customers? How good is your Housekeeping department? The reason I am posing these questions is because one of the curtains hanging in the room I checked in had mildew.

I think the towels have seen better days, they have to be replaced, otherwise all good There’s a lot of construction work going on all night nearby which was unfortunate

No breakfast served, towels could be better looked after or newer as well, kitchenette needs drying towels and cleaning things too...

Room was okay, spacious and quite newly refurbished. Kitchenette was nice and a good fridge!

The swimming pool closes at 7PM, but the ultraviolet rays in Fiji are very strong during the day, so the best time for swimming is at night.

The location is very good, you can walk to the city in 5 minutes, close to everything. The room facilities are very complete, with various kitchen utensils for cooking food. Despite being newly renovated, it is not as well kept as the more expensive hotels in that the bathrooms was not very clean and the curtains are still the old ones that are very dusty. I did have to take anti-histamine for my dust allergy the whole time there. But you are getting what you pay for as Quest/Holiday Inn are 2x the cost.

Location is fantastic, as it's just up the hill from the main part of town. The hotel has also been recently renovated, which was a big improvement compared to the last time I stayed. It's probably one of the best hotels in that price range.

Towels and linen were a bit worn and showed signs of age. One of the towels in the room had some small faded stains but to their credit the hotel replaced these and provided additional towels.

The art deco styling was done nicely and tastefully. Excellent location within 5 minutes walk of the shopping centres, municipal markets. Situated near the top of a hill there is nice view of the port and the harbour.

The towels need to be replaced with new ones. The towels were clean but it was discoloured due to age. When I entered the room I found that the quilt cover was not clean and had dust marks on it, so I did not use the quilt at all since it was hot too.

The hotel is located in the heart of suva city and it is a step away from everything. The room, toilet and shower was very clean. This hotel is value for money and for the price it is excellent compared to the prices of Holiday Inn and other posh hotels. I did not have a rental since I could walk to all amenities such as shops, buses, taxi stand, restaurants, shopping, etc.
