We should have stayed longer (only managed 6 nights)!

We have travelled to nearly 50 countries over the years and 6 previous trips to Fiji. This is one of the most relaxing, friendly places we have ever stayed. The hotel is small enough to be quiet and convenient. The facilities are very good with a pool and swimming in the lagoon at high tide. Restaurant and bar are very well run with delicious meals and a good range of drinks. The rooms are large, comfortable and well maintained. The ladies in the spa know what they are about too! But what makes Bedarra Inn so special are the staff. The whole team are simply the best. We were a tad stressed before our trip, the team sorted that out in less than 48 hours! While Bedarra is a tiny bit off the beaten track this is a lovely area of Fiji. The hotel has changed hands lately and under new management the more negative comments of a couple of years ago are not an issue.

The hotel was further from the airport than I realized and driving in the dark, with potholes and sometimes road lines were faded made me uncomfortable to drive. (Ok I am older) Would definitely stay here again but would make sure that air flights to and from Fiji did not require driving to the hotel in the dark.

The beach/ocean was right across the street. The staff was friendly and kind. Definitely paradise.

Our room was wonderful, we were up the back in the little bungalow and I could lie on the bed and look at the ocean. The verandah was a perfect spot for an afternoon drink.

From the moment we arrived, until the day we left, all of the staff were so welcoming. The room we had overlooking the ocean was spacious, quiet and clean. The food was excellent and great value for money. A lovely place to stay, and I thoroughly recommend.

Could not fault - happy hour an added bonus

We really enjoyed our top floor premier room - beautiful ocean view and breezes. New bed was super comfy - wonderful stay - cannot wait to return. Thank you to all staff you are amazing and the restaurant fabulous 😊 a very good ceiling fan plus water dispenser in our room. The day beds by the coconut trees and next to the beach were a perfect spot to read and relax. Highly recommend…..it’s only a short walk to the much busier Outrigger beach resort

Loved it all....even the non fancy simple but fresh eggs on toast for breakfast.

I'd you want fancy shopping mall and herded with 100s of others then go stay at a 5 star hotel. But if you want a super relaxed, authentic Fiji, and personal service Bedarra is fantastic!! Food at restaurant brilliant. As per other reviews we read. Only stroll across quiet road to seats at beach. We'd go back!!

Excellent and friendly service. Clean and large rooms (ours was comfy for a family of four). Great location with lots to do around (a few good restaurants, a souvenir shop and a nice café within walking distance, shopping in Sigatoka, Sigatoka Sand Dunes, etc.) Pool and seafront areas were very inviting too, including for happy hour!

What's not to love?

I loved the "Welcome Home" as we walked through the door. This was our second stay at Bedarra and , as last time, treated like family. Will be coming back again. Price for rooms good. What we particularly enjoyed was the choice of dining in at the hotel restaurant, restaurants and bar and grill aswell as the Crab Shack all within walking distance between Bedarra and Outrigger. The beach area out front well maintained and the snorkelling was great - plenty of fish to see. The ladies at the spa were lovely. Thankyou so much for making our stay memorable .... again.

We should have booked for longer. Miss the staff already.

Bedarra exceeded all our expectations. It is a perfect resort for families. The rooms are extremely clean, the pool suitable for small kids and some of the best snorkelling in the Coral Coast right in front with magnificent sunsets. Reception even lend out reef shoes. The restaurant is superb with fresh produce for breakfast each morning. Although if you want to try more options for dinner the Crab Shack and the Grill are a very short stroll down the road. All staff are exceptional and were always willing to help and so personable they knew all our names. Reception also booked day trips for us from here which I highly recommend. The staff knew which ones were the best value for money for two families travelling together. The fantastic Chef even made a wedding anniversary cake for us. All the staff from reception, the restaurant, bar, musicians, Spa, housekeeping and groundskeepers were a genuine delight. Thank you for letting us experience true Fijian hospitality.

Staying at the Bedarra was such a great place. It's a home away from home. A massive shout to the staff. Always and I really mean always maiming us feel welcome everytime the saw us.
