The price/performance ratio is good and the holiday was very nice. The hotel is currently being renovated and there is construction noise at the pool. But the staff make an effort and the overall impression is good. SAHL Hasheesh is recommended.

We have extremely enjoyed our stay in this hotel The stuff is very friendly and professional They are very open to any comments and respond immediately Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed Al Nagar and Miss. Mariam Abo Zeid for their great hospitality . The food is very good and they serve amazing variety of cuisine. Exceptional sushi station with amazing chef Mohammed preparing sushi on site. Also they have extraordinary A La carte restaurants especially the Mongolian restaurant and U cook restaurant. Unique animation team who performs a wide variety of activities especially the foam party. The hotel is very suitable for families and really kids friendly.

The other restaurants were disappointing. They served very blend food. The service was extremely slow. Drinks: Okay, I completely understand that we were in Egypt. But the drinks were very bad. First there was not even an option to buy branded spirits,the cocktails were just too strong and mostly way too sweet. Stick with beer and wine and you will be fine. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Way too many people try to sell you the same service.We were constantly bothered for the first two days. We wanted to go and try some of it either way, however even after book the activities, we were still asked continuously and at some point we had to start to ignore people to leave us in peace which is sad. It is overwhelming and way too pushy, not to mention that you are meant to enjoy your holiday and relax, not to feel distressed by various people.

The food was great in the main buffet style restaurant. Honestly superb, tasty dishes, cool staff, great coffee though! Yes it will become monoton after a while but equally, so as all the all you can eat does. All 5 of us loved the food^^ The staff were amazing. Kind,helpful and they did go above and beyond. Beach was amazing! Swimming pool was lovely, special mention for the slides and the jacuzzi❤️ We loved Ferdinand, who was one of the animator of the hotel! Also lovely beach bar! Scuba diving will be an amazing experience, the guys are professionals! Definitely give it a try! Massage was also fab!

Bed mattresses do not work even in the workers rooms are very, very bad , Noise Level: The most significant issue was the constant noise from the construction site adjacent to the hotel. The noise started early in the morning and continued throughout the day, making it nearly impossible to get any rest or focus on work. Lack of Prior Notice: There was no prior warning about the construction during the booking process. Had I known, I might have reconsidered my stay or requested a quieter room. Room Quality: Despite the modern decor and comfortable bedding, the room did little to insulate against the noise. The windows and walls seemed inadequate in blocking out the sound of heavy machinery and drilling. Impact on Services: The noise also seemed to affect the overall ambiance of the hotel. The usually serene lobby and dining areas were often disrupted, detracting from the experience of enjoying a quiet meal or drink.
