Everything in this amazing place is so beautiful Variety of dishes in the main restaurant, every day a different buffet . All hotel employees from all departments always have a smile on their faces and are always ready to help you make your stay wonderful -Thank you, Captain Adham Nour from the Food and Beverage Department, for the wonderful drinks he provided us with love and good taste 😍 -Thank you also to employee Rabie Jamaa for taking care of us. There are a variety of swimming pools suitable for all ages, children and adults. The hotel beach is very beautiful. There are many bars in all areas of the hotel and service is available throughout the day. The snack bar has a variety of food every day, a different menu, and the kitchen department is very friendly The view from the room directly overlooking the sea is a wonderful view Ammar 《 suite 8104 》 An unforgettable stay. We will return to this most wonderful place again

The rooms are a bit old and need some refinishing. Soap dispenser is a must have in each bathroom please 🙏🏻

We enjoyed our time in Desert Rose so much! This was our second stay there and everything was amazing! The food is exceptional, the rooms are spotless clean, the beach is sandy and clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming :) Special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Pyram for making our stay even better and for being so professional and helpful!

The beach wasn’t great and the water was a bit muddy but maybe it was due to the time of year. We had a room with wi-fi but it didn’t work at all.

Clean and the activities were great. Staff was also pleasant, we are very happy with Mahmoud who helped us check-in! The food was also really good.

The mini bar in our room was really noisy. The commercial team doing the marketing/selling of extra charge activities was really pushy even if you are using “do not disturb” orange towels.

Amazing resort with a lot of fun activities during day and night - our favorites were the volleyball and padel courts, the waterpark and the night shows at the winter garden. Cool crossfit box and yoga deck in beach front!

Desert Rose exceeded all expectations. From the moment of arrival, the immaculate cleanliness and attention to detail were evident. The staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The hotel boasted excellent facilities, including well-maintained swimming pools and aquaparks, and the unique feature of an indoor giant sand lagoon connected with sea , providing a delightful alternative to the rocky coral beach in front of the hotel . The comfort of the rooms was unparalleled, offering a serene retreat after a day of exploration. With an array of amenities, from fitness centers to kids buffet , every need was catered to. The food was good, high quality and made on the spot. As said, to be picky, we suggest more variety of the food in the main restaurant especially if you stay for more than 7 days.

Extremely satisfied with the Desert Rose, which has everything a family needs and more. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, very clean hotel, several restaurants, many activities during the day and evening. Playground for children, outdoor chess, and many other games available. Very nice outdoor gym. Hotel really offers everything, without seeming full, in total relaxation and tranquility, without concerts or music as the evening activities are isolated within a dedicated facility. If we want to be picky, we suggest more variation of food in the main restaurant. Good food but in 7 days we had repetitions. The hotel remains very nice, a positive surprise, with an unbeatable price/quality ratio. We will return again in July 2024! Special thanks to Helmi (reception) and Hassan (room facility).

- Wifi remains an issue at some places of the property. - Mosquitos at night can be irritating at open terraces. The hotel already has mosquito killer devices but maybe they can add more. My room had the net on the window so no issues there. - maybe they can also have a couple of Golf carts across the entire resort for elder people who sometimes find it difficult to walk long distances

This is my 3rd time to select DRR among all Hurghada resorts.. the hospitality is incomparable, everyone is actually keen on making your experience a special one. From the moment u arrive, till the moment to leave. Spacious, clean, beautiful greenery, many beach activities and night life, 3 amazing pools plus a water park. Everyone is putting effort, instant reply to concerns if any, flexibility in check-outs, honesty, amazing food in quality and very good varieties

We understand that the resort was fully booked and sometimes it was hard, but not impossible, to find a seat... need to set more control on reserved sea/pool chaise louges, please 🙏

Everything was perfect!! Starting from the follow-up right after we confirmed our reservation to the follow-up from Mr. Helmy on the night of our arrival and moving to out fast check-in experience and offer the brand new premium room with a minor proce increase. The new rooms are very nice and comfy with the fridge amenities recharged every day and free in-room fast Wi-Fi Do not miss downloading the Desert Rose movile App that perfectly keeps you engaged during your stay and answers most of the questions. Diversity and quality of food is exceptional with some nice, lovely international and local kitchens tasted during our stay Entertainment was, as well, very good, including beach and pool morning activities and after dinner shows and live music. Our Kids enjoyed the simple but entertaining Aqua Park and the big-size Chess and ping pong and kid area and kids room...lot to make them busy at all times. We also loved the free Pedal court, something not common to find... there are also tennis and volleyball and a beach gym for whoever is interested! This was our third visit, and surely not the last!

The hotel is very big so we had problems with the internet. It was not working everywhere, and the room toilets could be better.

Stuffs working in the hotel and environment like room clean up and restaurant are very kind.Helmy helped and assisted us very kindly and politely and helped us a lot we love this hotel:))

The staff is very positive. But I especially want to mention one name seperately. Helmy Emad is very helpful, solution oriented person. He helped us too much to spend a very memorable holiday. I would like to thanks all team and Helmy that makes our holiday unforgettable. Most of the facilities; shows and beach made us very happy.
