This is one of the best hotels in Egypt I have been to with my family. It’s a beautiful hotel with a great location and a lot of facilities. The food is tasty with a lot of variety and the rooms are beyond clean. Waiters are always smiling and very helpful, always asking if we need anything. A special thank you to Abd Rehim Ali “Night Manager” who was looking after me and my family all the time. The animation team are a great team who make a lot of effort to entertain everyone and are very cheerful all the time. I highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful stay. The room was very spacious. Sandy beach with clear water, and nice pool. As for the food, it had a good variety to choose from, with a great taste and quality. There is also a special section for infants, which was perfect for our 1 year old kid. And a very special thank you for the amazing chef Ahmed Nasr, who was always keen on making sure that our kid had something to eat and happy with it, we really appreciate it. All the staff there is friendly and welcoming. Finally, I would like to say a very big thank you to Massouda Mezni who made sure that we enjoyed our stay even before the trip started by checking if we need any special requests and until the very last minute of our stay, this really meant a lot to us.

people who moan in this hotel should check themselves ! you go there for a quiet time ... not a lot of going out and walk on the streets but you can book excursions / quad rides / snorkeling etc

brilliant food !! very very friendly staff !! quiet rooms !! very nice wellness center best massages ever (thank you Zendya ) second time we went there ! happy to see they stopped all the plastic bottles ! they have their own purification installation ! happy with the signs which asks the tourist to take what they can eat and go back if they want more (so people waste less food !!!!!! cos OMG some people take and take and leave 3/4 to throw away (I hate it ) so those signs could be bigger ! fresh beach towels every day in a new bag every day ! clean room every day a very friendly Massaouda Mazni knows what she is doing (she is the PR of the hotel ) goes around to every one daily to ask about your stay .. we had NO complaints at all !!! not at all !! constant staff asking of you need a drinkt etc .. working staff deserve to be tipped as much as you can ! pricewise very tight so you should spend dollars or euros on the staff (not that they arsk or anything but it s welcomed for sure !) oh oh and the animation team is brilliant ! you are welcome to join but they don't keep on asking (yoga / aqua gym etc .. and in the evening there is always something to do !

I liked the high quality of service which is known for jazz group . we often travel to jazz hotels but did not know this was another jazz hotel prior to arrival. staff is helpful and amazing . food is great. th sea is what we were looking for . sandy without rocks and suitable for infants/children .

Nothing to dislike.

Exceptional and friendly staff. Plenty of restaurants with a variety of meals and cuisines. Plenty of drinks areas. Entertainment shows every day. Premises was very clean and maintained at all times. Massaouda, the Guests Relationship Manager was also very helpful for any special requests or assistance. Worth a visit for anyone planning a visit to Hurghada.

The area of the beach is a little bit small but decent.

Service is amazing 😃 Staff are very welcoming and amiable. hygiene is good at bathrooms, guest rooms, & both restaurants main & Beach restaurant. Food also is excellent, there're too many varieties. Also, mealtimes are suitable and flexible. Room is very nice, cozy & comfortable. Animation team is really funny & entertaining. And the shows were interesting and thrilling.

Even though everyone is very friendly and they all want to help animation team should be less assertive because most of the people come to rest and enjoy the holiday. The same goes for the people who are trying to sell you things. Again, the animation team is friendly and nice but they just need to tone it down a notch. Another problem that happens is that a lot of people come early in the morning to leave their towels on the sunbeds so they can use them later. And then they show up six or seven hours later. In the meantime, people who want to use sunbeds and the beach immediately do not have them available. I would solve that by announcing that all the towels would be taken if not attended for more than an hour and a half.

It was the best hotel we have been to in Egypt. The sand at the beach was nice. The room that we got was clean, big, and comfortable. There is a shallow heated pool and a deeper pool to choose from. It was the cleanest hotel we visited there. Managers are always asking what can they do to make your stay better. Food is also good, but beware, if you have a sensitive stomach you might need to get used to it first. But I think that is the case with almost every hotel.

It was really marvellous , The check-in was so quick The reception guest relation, especially Miss massouda, was great and cooperative and made our stay . The room is very clean and tidy with garden and partial pool view . The food was amazing, and the chef Ahmed nasr was cooperative, and all the people were polite .. attia , kareem and Ahmed ..... The room housekeeper eliwa was very active The animation team was great . Thanks solymar for this lovely holiday and it will be repeated in shaa Allah many times

The only thing that I can complain about is the wi-fi. No wi-fi in the rooms that is the most useful place to have it. When you do have wi-fi on the lobby, at the square or whatever place, it comes and goes constantly, you need to login over and over again and it's really slow.

Everything!!! Best beach ever. Clean, plenty of comforts, no resorts near us. The room was really big, spacious and clean. The entire staff is insanely friendly, respectful, always smiling and helpful. Lots of activities to do as spa, snorkeling, visiting islands, safari, photoshoots, water sports, etc.

The cold water in the sea 😃- everything else from the resort was top notch. Easily on the way to becoming a 5* resort
