A bit far from Hurghada is around 30-40min drive from the city but will compensate all the good things in the hotel!

The taxi service next to reception is a scam. They don't let your Uber drivers in, and try to convince you the Uber drivers are scammers and will rob you. They do that so you cancel your Uber and pay them 10 times the amount for a transfer. Literally they asked 20€ for a trip that costed us 1.5€ with Uber. Don't use them.

The hotel is beautiful, the food is great and there's a lot of choice, the room was spacious and clean. There are 3 pools, and a beach line which were always clean. Overall, a beautiful hotel, great food and usually very friendly staff.

No big issues, Internet could be stronger, but it was OK. Somehow we had problems with the sleeping, maybe it was because of the mattress but Im not sure. The guys who offered programmes at the pool or beach were pushy sometimes, that was a bit unpleasant but you can handle it.

This hotel offered even more than we expected, we were really-really satisfied, absolutely 5 star experience. The scenery was so beautiful: the Red Sea was visible almost from everywhere, the garden and the buildings created a special atmosphere, which we loved. Friendly staff, the all-inclusive was perfect. It is probably not about resort but just advice for anyone going to Egypt to prepare with taking some probiotics before the trip and also during vacation and to bring some electrolytes or something like that. Although we avoided consuming tap water and mostly came prepared all 4 of us had stomach problems. Wifi should be much better in place that has everything sorted out like this one does

Everything was great, but I have to mention all of the employees who did everything too make our vacation as good as it gets. Food was tasty, drinks were great and everywhere you go it is neat and clean.

Nothing to complain about.

Everything was perfect. Staff were hardworking, smiling and helpful. Several pools to choose from and plenty of sun loungers. Lobby bar is open all night and basic snacks in the dining area are available if you arrive late night. Large gated resort with sister hotel opposite with water slides. Buffet well presented with lots to choose from. Beach is stoney and swimming/snorkling only possible at the end of the 'pier' due to the coral but crystal clear waters.

Far from Hurghada center and all attractions ( 40 kms ) . It's in makadi area but for me it did not matter because in the center you don't have the beautiful reef , just sand. The air conditioner in the bedroom is not very efficient and a bit loud

There was a lack of maintenance, especially in the rooms. Certain furniture and curtains need to be replaced. You are regularly approached by sellers on the beach. We personally found this very annoying. Fortunately, you can get a 'do not disturb' bag at the towel stand and hang it up. Nevertheless, some will still speak and say that they did not see the bag ;)

beautiful resort in a relaxing location. Many opportunities for sunbathing (both at the pools or on the beach). Large rooms. In particular an excellent cleaner! Rooms were always neat and clean. He brought drinks every day and fulfilled all wishes. Good food for Egyptian standards. Every evening a different cuisine takes center stage. Animation team organized something like a show every evening. Beautiful stretched sandy beach. The seabed is stony, so I recommend bringing water shoes. Gardens in the park are well maintained.

It is an ideal choice for everyone who is searching for rest and joy .. in this hotel you will find everything you need . Starting from the receptionist the warm welcoming..they do not keep any effort to serve you ..fast check in ..very helpful staff... they always there for any question .. the room is so big and clean ... the pool and the sea shore is so nice .. you can enjoy snorkeling or diving from hotel beach directly... a very beautiful spot to watch the colored coral reef and many different species of red sea fish .. the restaurants is full of good and tasty food ..we have a lot to tell about this experience...we wish to spend our next vacation there again 😊

I wish there are more varieties of food options. I’m pregnant so I wish to have more hot and cooked food to choose but in general it was amazing.

We got a free upgrade from the hotel and the room and all facilities are very clean! Every night there’s different show. We got 2 inclusive restaurants after the free upgrade! Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They look happy to work there.

I am very happy for the extraordinary experience during my stay. The food was exceptional, the room impeccably clean, and the luxury furniture added a touch of elegance to my stay. The beach view was breathtaking, and snorkeling in the gorgeous reef was unforgettable. It is a very big hotel where you will walk a lot in the fabulous vast landscape. Cocktails in all bars are bir careless and sloppy. And it can be more clear instructions about your price differences on drinks at bars after 00.00. I understand you have different prices for Egyptians and foreigners but it kind of need to be clear on the menus with two separate price list.

Honestly I love the staff they are very very helpful, they made my stay with my 6 months baby easy and with no worries, they helped me with the food to keep feeding her fresh veggies and fruits, thanks to the chefs. Many thanks to Mohamed Sobhy the reception manager and Mohamed Gharib for their help and for providing a crib for my baby The location of the hotel, the pool, the beach all are perfect. And special thanks to the life guard who watched my baby while sleeping until I take 10min in the sea 😅.
