Loved it it’s clean new. The staff are all super helpful and go out of their way to make you comfortable. Shoutout to our waiter Mohd shora! It’s a 10 min boat ride from the dock but worth the journey each way. You pass the Philae temple and the view from the hotel is amazing.

I wish it could be possible a quieter AC, but actually it’s the place being so quiet making it noticeable.

The place is in a remote location in the calm waters, facing the Philae Temple. Room feels like a highly comfortable house in a dream village. Spa facilities are amazing, I would highly recommend the Egyptian hot stamp massage of Mrs. Zainab. The staff is super kind, joyous and peaceful, Mr. Shoum from the restaurant, making my check-out breakfast box with a fresh mango juice ready in a blink of an eye, Mrs. Merna and Mr. Joseph in the front desk being very helpful, upgrading my room to a jakuzi room, solving all my requests in minutes and, Mr. Besim delivering me my necklaces (that I realized that I forgot in my bathrobe’s pocket in the airport) in a speedy way right to the airport, all unforgettable… With the elegantly natural interior and exterior design in breeze of basil Ben Ben by Dhara is an oasis for Egyptian tourism. Because the place takes place in the lower dam you need to reach there by taxi and take the hotel’s boat waiting in the dock, but it’s worth the distance. I’d highly recommend, do not hesitate.

The shower area needed a bit of blocking/closing. The water was reaching the door almost. Also would be amazing if the hotel front desk keeps change (if you need to exchange money or make it smaller) as it is an island and you have no other place to go.

Going out for dinner does mean having to take a boat to the main island. We decided to just take boats to other islands with a restaurant which was probably more expensive but got beautiful views!

It’s beautiful with the most amazing views and incredibly peaceful! Actually feels like a relaxing place to stay and not too corporate hotel!

We loved everything..

EVERYTHING! Literally everything, the location was just amazing.. true, it's far away from central Aswan, but waking up every day in a small island in the middle of the Nile was magical! Staff were very attentive and helpful: Mahmouda, Choura, Nardin, Fadi, Eman, and the rest! Unfortunately, we discovered the spa on the last day.. so please do not miss it. Food is delicious, and the menu offers good Egyptian food.

There was a bumpy start with communication via the bookings app, but once we arrived the staff and service was excellent.

We stayed in the infinity suite, which is one of the most amazing rooms I've ever stayed in. The view was incredible. The food was excellent and the hotel was just gorgeous, the pictures just don't do it justice. Incredibly clean and well maintained, we had a lovely few nights overlooking the Nile and a 3500-year-old temple. It was spectacular.

The river view weren't actually that scenic (lots of rocks )

Wonderful breakfast with smoked salmon, sun eggs, fresh juice and variety of choices. Room was pretty and comfortable. The whole place was beautiful at day and night.

The setting was amazing! Quiet and calm. It let you feel the magic of Aswan.
