“Amazing place, with great view of the pyramids, in a quiet and safe area. Manager Aladdin goes out of his way to make sure you feel happy, he offers a generous complimentary breakfast, free laundry service, at one stage he even organized the house delivery of a few bottles of beer for me. Wow! And finally he also organized a private early morning transfer to the airport.”
“The location is very nice. The property has two pools, an athletic facility, and the property is surrounded by lovely garden areas. There is excellent security to access the overall area and security at the building itself.
The apartment is on the fourth floor of a four story building. It is quiet and the elevator is conveniently located providing easy access. The unit itself is well appointed with a master bedroom, walk in wardrobe area and adjoining bath. The unit includes a large second bedroom and bath, a large utility room, dining room and living room area. There is also a loft.”
“The hostess was very diligent and careful. She wrote, called, asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything. She was helpful 24 hours! The breakfast was rich and varied. The service lady was hardworking. The location was as we expected = close to the GEM and the Pyramids. If we compare the price and services we were enthusiastic! The furnishings of the common areas were tasteful and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped! The porter was always on time. He handed over the keys, helped with the suitcases. He was very willing.”
