Although I made a mistake when booking, the staff were able to accommodate my friend's mobility issues. The staff were some of the most helpful and friendly I have encountered in quite some time. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. The pictures are true to life: the tropical plants, the steam room, the whirlpool, the hammock - this place has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff arranged a massage and it was one of the best I have ever had! It's a short walk or a $1.50 cab ride into the village where there are multiple restaurants, and shops. I would absolutely recommend Hosteria Paraiso.”
