Location of the coffee maker. It is a receded space. I hit my head on the cabinet door no less than 12 times in 2 days. It is shallower, I might have this issue. I had to reach in to get the water jug and when I did that, I hit my head. I was tired of of hitting my head. The pool is a 3 minutes walk . Down to the first floor, walk up, take elevator down to the first floor, walk .

I requested a room on the higher floor. I got it. The ceiling to floor window is very picturesque. WiFi works very well. Nice rain shower head. The water is strong. It has shower gel and soap. Whatever you like to use. I like the fridge so I got cold drinks. The infinity pool is incredible with the view. The area is quite small with lawn chairs for maybe 6 people. There is a jacuzzi but it big enough for at most 6 shoulder to shoulder. I like the chair to read. It is very comfortable. There is a water and ice dispenser on the first floor.

The food options were really poor and the staff told the clients different information. Everything a client requested seemed to be a problem. By day 3 I dreaded asking for anything.

Checking took forever we were there for hours waiting on a room. Slight disconnect to get over to the new building especially with stairs and kids n pram nit great suit. Again we didn't get to have breakfast or lunch at the hotel a little too expensive not to have it included having spent so much but we did order dinner and went down a treat

Located just off the shore with great view: swimming pool excellent feature with the best outdoor jacuzzi all nighters. The new reception beyond excellent quality the security were supreme and receptionist especially Leticia and Taya were great hosts. Staff members including cleaners were hospitalable aswell. Situated next to a family friendly park. Superb

Overall a mediocre hotel. Had to change room whilst 3 men trying to fix a faulty toilet. Changed room to an upgrade open room with faulty AC. On Fridays you are forced to have dinner in buffet in carton plates by buying tickets. There was no bench in what is a small but acceptable gym. The hotel service and amenities is a far reach from the higher end guests.

I think for $200 a night breakfast should be included. You also need to ensure that all staff are trained properly. There were two young girls who were quite sloppy and unprofessional. The dinner menu is priced too high. There is a lack of vegan options on the dinner menu.

Good location right in Roseau. The sunsets were stunning.

No robs , no rugs on the floor, no bedroom slippers because the floor is very cold, there wasn't anything to welcome you in your room, no drinking water on the refrigerator

There are some works construction undergoing (which I was informed at the time of booking). Of course I would expect some noise and inconveniences but I would have appreciated a discount or at least some vouchers or freebies since the works were just above my room and you could here noise all day starting very early in the morning! Been to the restaurant only once. Food was decent and price is fair however the service was incredible slow: waited 40 mins for some chicken tenders while the room was empty! There's a gym but it's very old and rusty.

Our stay was disappointing due to ongoing renovations and a room that was too small for our group of 4 adults and a baby. Mr. Clifford Martinet, an employee, exacerbated the situation by questioning our concerns and admitting the hotel's mistake without offering any compensation. We were not informed about the renovations or the room's unsuitability during the booking process, which would have influenced our decision. Our interactions with Mr. Clifford made us consider leaving the hotel early, and we left after only 3 out of 8 planned nights. On another occasion, Mr. Clifford approached us at the bar, made vulgar comments to my friend and I, along with inappropriate comments about his boss, and even showed us pictures of a guest room, which was unprofessional and uncomfortable. In conclusion, our experience was highly unsatisfactory, and we hope this review serves as a warning to others.

The hotel is modern and in a great location. The restaurant was amazing, so was the swimming pool and the views. I highly recommend it, and would stay again.

I stayed in room 104 one of the beds was really uncomfortable and noisy. I woke up the next morning feeling stiff due to the mattress. The room should have at least a microwave to prepare left over food from room service. The toilet keep on making flushing sounds when not in use. The piece of pipe used to hold the toilet paper in place was too short so the roll kept on falling off.

Room service was very efficient. However they need to clean the furniture in the patio more often it was dusty.

The price for the quality of meals are too high. The hotel turned off the water to my room on two occasions without providing advanced notice that access to water would be unavailable for periods of time.

Wish more of their bars were open. the pool side bar was closed and that was a bummer. Also, the restaurant wasn't bad or anything to really complain about, but their menu was sort of dull. Ice cream was good.

The room was clean. Loved the ocean view. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I truly enjoyed my stay. The beds are comfortable. Its also cool they have coffee machine in the rooms.
