Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe room service didn't open our bottled drinks for us and we waited 45 mins for them to come back and do so. The food was okay overall. The breakfast buffet wasn't too great for us.
The food was decent. We struggled with room service being timely and bringing the correct items. The staff was very helpful, though.

Friendly staff; requested early break fast due to international flight timing and that was arranged very smoothly. Early check in upon request was met.

The hotel staff were very polite and hospitable. The manager, John, was excellent with his client services. The rooms were clean and cleaned at regular hours so that if you were occupying the room at one time of the day, they’d come back and clean at another time of the day.

The hotel is conveniently situated near to our office in Nairobi. It has a nice terrace for having breakfast. The staff is very friendly and looked for a solution to accomodate a change in our booking schedule.

United KingdomFor a 5 star, the breakfast could do with more variety of food and moist pastries. The gym doesn’t have alot of equipment as we hoped it would, the pool is in a public spot making it abit uncomfortable to walk through the communal areas to go swimming.
The staff are very friendly, welcoming and fast in sorting out any issue one might have. The rooms are really nice we stayed in the Junior suite it has all we need the bath was superb

The bf here is ok. Like you can order the ultimate bf and a few things are good others just ok. It would also be nice for guest services to let you know if they are substituting something in your order or if it just is not available since you are expecting what is on the menu.

DenmarkI think we picked the wrong Prideinn as this was full of conference business man and it was located on the other side of a highway way but this wasn’t an issue for us as our purpose for booking was to spend little time at the hotel. Make sure to check on your room location if you are a big group. Booking or the hotel seems to not be sync but the staff will try to accommodate you
