There is no any shelf except locker for personal belongings, strange ceilings (look like mold, but I hope not and it’s just design). Shared bathroom isn’t so clean as it might be

I expected that there would be a common kitchen were we could make breakfast. The shower in the room could be set up in a another way as the bathroom gets too wet when showering.

The concept of the hostel is very nice, reception - a place to drink your morning coffee and yard is also very nice. The room was ok, also I like it that it was cleaned (trash, wc paper) each day except the day before we left (maybe a mistake). We had a good internet connection.

The ceiling of the dorm has mold and stains which make the room a bit unpleasant. The room is clean but the light are very wear and make the room looks dimmed.

Good location as its very near the tram station. Also, the customer service and the staff are very friendly and responsive!

The bathrooms were not super clean and the light didn't work from 1 toilet. Also, more sinks would be nice as well

The 'reception' with the lounge, coffee bar etc is really nice. But the room itself was super small, had to treat it like an alive puzzle when everyone would be in the room

The bar/common space closed way too early, and because of this the room would serve as a common space and at some hours at night it would always be full.

The staff was very friendly, everyone without exception. The bar area was very nice, and location is great.

So there were some things that I personally didn't like. The room that I stayed was very small for 4 people with all our luggage and stuff, my roomies and I almost couldn't walk without tripping over each other. the fact that the staff are only available 'till certain hour is a little disappointing, I'm saying this because the first night I stayed there one of my roomies was intoxicated and vomited on the floor probably at 2 - 3am and we didn't had any staff to go to help us with the cleaning or telling us where the mop was. We had to clean it with toilet paper, soap, perfume, etc. As my towel fell on the floor on top of the vomit I had to clean it but I had to wait until the morning to ask for laundry. And I thought I could pay with card but apparently they wanted it to be paid with cash only and as I told them I'll need one of theirs towers I had to pay it also with card. And since I was going to wash my towel for 4.50 €! Which I think is a little expensive as I even provide them my soap, I took advantage to clean my clothes... So the girl on the front desk told me to leave my clothes since they would take care of it. I thought they would know how to clean clothes but apparently they didn't because they returned my light clothes stained with blue and black and one pair of socks were missing. I do appreciate the fact that they returned my clothes to the room. (without the socks obviously). Oh before I forget, the lift is very small, just one person at the time with their luggage.

The lobby is cozy and big. There are many bathrooms and toilets, they even have hairdryer if your need one. The staff were very nice. And it's close to the tram and bus station.

Hostels are by definition annoying and uncomfortable. Even though this one is one of the best, it's never great.

Surprisingly comfortable for a hostel, dorms weren't too bad and the shower / bathroom situations were decent and clean. It's a very obvious value for money for a hostel.

the 4-bed female room was ok but a bit too tiny. The bathroom experience was funny - one time there was no toilet paper at night, another one had no light bulb. The fact that there's no "regular reception" is a alright but having no kitchen is def a little annoying, especially if you travel for work and cannot store refrigarated food anywhere.

Beds were comfortable and not squeaky, sheets were nice and clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The showers were nice and warm and with good pressure. Shopping and grocery stores around, making it super convenient. Transportation is also easily accessible.

The private bathroom in our room was quite cramped and the shower is separated from the toilet by only a thin curtain. It would have been nice to have a separate shelf or table for storing toiletries and clothes while showering.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with our luggage, answering questions about the area, and so on. Beds were pleasantly comfortable. Hostel is a very short walk from the nearest tram station and UBahn station plus several bus stops, which made it very convenient .The hostel lobby was also very hip and a comfortable place to stay and chill (with pastries and coffee available as well - cash only!)

🥳I have to say that the staff here are really nice because the first day when I arrived I forgot my purse there within the check-in moment, and the girls were taking care of it and giving back it to me in a good manner;) Thanks for their help!

They don't have shower gels/shampoos only a soap so be aware of that. There are only 2 toilets and 2 sinks that get overcrowded in the mornings/evenings. Only one hair dryer so if you plan to use it regularly it's better to take yours. The rooms are very small and if you sleep on the upper bed you practically don't have a place to sit. There is a table and 2 chairs in the room, so it's manageable but just be prepared.

It is a hostel in a great location for tourists on a low budget. It's close to the Central Station and has great connections to attractions through the metro, tram or bus. There are cafes, a big supermarket Kaufland, and a shopping center just around the corner. Apart from that, you get a standard for sleeping in the hostel. Overall it's a good option for just sleeping a night or two in Berlin but if you plan to stay for a week or longer I'd look for something more comfortable.
