The hotel feels a bit outdated and hollow. The parking garage was not accessible with our room cards (there was a technical error) and surprisingly, parking was not included in the quite steep price

location could not be better. it is at the end of the pedestrian shopping street, the middle of the picturesque alley with restaurants, and backs onto the Kurpark, Germany’s most beautiful park.

of course its old 5stars hotel but look this price and service! nothing to complain.

When I checked in, the conversation with the receptionist gave me a strong feeling that this trip would be good. I want to give high scores for service, cost-effectiveness, staff’s attention to detail, convenience, location, everything. I travel to many countries with my job and I think I can’t get this service at this price. The breakfast was very good, and especially, the bartender and restaurant server were very kind and attentive, unlike other reviews, and their passion, which was not excessive, was perfect for us who value personal time. I strongly recommend it to those who want to enjoy the pool and sauna quietly and take a rest. We have decided to spend our family vacation here in the future every season.

Excellent value, location,staff, breakfast and saunas. Some would complain that fittings and furniture is 'dated" but it is not the case unless you couldn't live without ultramodern gizmos which as a rule useless. Everything is very clean and more than adequate. Johanna Rux and Ms ?Malommitti in reception deserve special recognition

Hospitality needs to improve. They need to smile and be more interested in their guests. Nearly one month stay and at exit no one asked how was my stay? I expect some English in a 5 star hotel. Even without English, smile and interest in your guests goes a long way. Carpets need to change, they smell bad. Beds are very uncomfortable. With the changing climate maybe AC?

Beautiful location. Gorgeous park nearby. Restaurants, shopping and I rented a car and they had indoor garage. Countryside around is beautiful. It is quiet. For the money, value was good. Breakfast included is a good option. Good size room and bathroom.

We wanted to have breakfast outside, but only one side was opened. It was a sunny day, the opened side was full and there was no interest whatsoever to open up the other side of the Terrace.

the reception team is not helpful or welcoming at all, impossible to get hold of some one for the Spa for days and reception was not helping to get in contact =no treatments possible, not accepting outside clients for breakfast, room cleaned every second day and in 5 days not once changed bedlinen, no Kurkarte given, nothing was explained, at check out no one asked if all was OK

Very spacious, and elegant, quiet hotel, lovely big room with sunny balcony, exceptional breakfast, great dinner, very friendly staff. Great location, right in the centre of town, but quiet, facing the park.
