The room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke even though it’s a non smoking room. The soap in the bathroom is not replenished. They don’t have a manned reception so if you come to check in earlier, you need to call some number although they don’t always answer on first call.

For the price you pay, it is a decent room with the very basic amenities. Relatively large room. And good location (near to public transport).

Not well managed room. Room is small and bed is small. Very basic horel while price is not so cheap.

Bathroom needed a cleaning. Room gets very hot in summer, a fan would have been nice. Lots of noise throughout night coming from hotel.

The only frustration we had was that the room was very warm and we couldn't see where we could turn down the heat. It's a very simple hotel, which was perfect for our purposes. If you're looking for something fancy, this is not your best option. Also note that they currently don't offer breakfast in the hotel (I think because of COVID) - they do offer breakfast in their sister hotel, which is about 1 km away.

Dust everywhere, room not cleaned efficiently, old dusty carpet, old dusty furniture, old everything. Only the receptionist is young. The hallway smells like cigarettes. Not a 3star hotel. It is very expensive for the quality and services they offer (meaning nothing). Basic facilities/amenities: no mini bar, poor or no working wifi, no parking, no breakfast, no receptionist (which are not a real problem for me, but the cleanliness is a decisive factor).

The central position of the structute and a good mattress. We met the reception guy just for a couple of minutes and he seemed nice, helpful and gentle.

1. The room was next to the kitchen, sharing the common wall. The guy who served the breakfast started around 6:30 in the morning (what is absolutely fine) turned on rap music. On Sunday morning, really :) ? . 2. One of the criteria of my choice was breakfast, before long trip. Looking at the hotels' pictures before the booking and reading some of excited feedbacks about nice breakfast usually you expect to receive something similar. Not that day. Empty tables, very limited choice. It seems one salad was from the previous day. Totally disappointed.

They don't have parking while booking.com offers. The info is not up-to-date. I had to pay additional fee for public parking. The room was not very clean, but acceptable considering the location and price...

Available staff so you could at least get in when you get there without having to call and ask how to be let in and get your room. Would also have liked to be able to pay at checkout like promised and not have to deal with paying an international bill coming home after being called up asking why I didn't pay. Would have if someone was there.

If I were to mention one thing it's that it was a bit too warm inside the room and common areas for me and sometimes a bit noisy.

Rooms were spacious with good furniture and nice bathroom. Very good value for money. Owner is nice as well.

Everything was perfect. Really thoroughly clean and comfy beds. Easy and super flexible check-in and check-out. Not centrally located but 5mins walk to the high street at least. Easy parking too. Will definitely stay again.
