The shower and curtain weren’t very good and water went over the floor. The area was a little edgy, particularly at night but it was near the station on the plus side

Breakfast was reasonable and it is very near to Hamburg Hbf. The room is a good size

Too crowded from train station to hotel, too many smokers, it doesn't feel safe walking alone there either.

The room on the pictures was not what we got. Was a little bit small and the window backed into a small gap into 4 walls of buildings. The beds were also not a double but rather two single beds pushed together. Over all was alright to sleep in but wouldn’t have stayed there if we were not planning on being out for most of the day and evening.

The first room we rented was very cold and the floor was so uneven we were having trouble walking. We were given a different room which was better. The bed was not very comfortable.

The street leading to the hotel is just awful. Very, very dirty and loud. At times, I didn't feel safe. Drunk people in the area, there are some X cinemas and gamble places. It felt quite nasty. In order to go in the hotel, you must ring a bell and sometimes they take their time to allow you in. First night when I arrived, I paid for my reservation and they couldn't provide me with an invoice in English, which seems kind of like really basic for an international travel, but anyway... The bathroom is quite narrow, although pristine. The bed wasn't really comfortable and the pillows were nothing but painful to use. I had to fold them in order to get some consistent base for my head. The breakfast was alright, but last day was on a weekend, which was up to 11am, I decided to go down a bit later and when I got there, there was almost nothing left. I think I had a toast and an apple. Another very annoying thing is that every time i leave the hotel, I must leave the key. They don't have cards for the rooms, so when coming back, you have to go through reception in order to retrieve your key. One night there was a huge group checking in and the receptionist didn't even look at me, so when he was about to proceed to give individual keys to all of them, I had to get his attention to get my key.

The location is quite close to the main train station and the city centre.

I think they could give me a nicer room, but not a room with a view of the gray roof on which the boot was thrown. People hanging out on the street are a bit scary.

Staff could have been more engaging and making guests feel welcome.

Very central location although the neighbourhood felt a bit "dodgy", maybe not the best to walk to with kids. Breakfast was great. We had issues with not being able to lock our door initially, which could only be locked by the reception. Eventually, this was dealt with though it did not feel very professional. The staff did not stand out for their friendliness.

Just outside like in entrance it’s very bad , all prostitution girls try to grab feeling embarrassed with family.

Everything if fine except weekends they are busy with out notice they told you have to check out today. Because they have to sale at expensive room rate.
