We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe room was a bit hot but as the air temp whilst we stayed was approx 30*c kind of to be expected. They had left a fan in the room which my son appreciated.
We wanted a hotel that would give us easy access to the parkrun just over the border. it was about a 20min walk to Park Nadnyski which was excellent. it was also well located for a short walk to Görlitz rail station with a tram stop right outside. We got a pretty big room for two people and the wifi was an excellent speed. Breakfast was OK too.

Lovely hotel in pedestrian section, but they do have parking (about 8 spots, so you may want to reserve w/the room if you are driving). You have to park on side street and check in first to get the parking "pass" needed to open the gate. Centrally located, hotel was clean and comforting - could have used an extra pillow....breakfast was plentiful. Ate dinner at Kashmir and it was all sauce, no meat, so cannot recommend. We had a small doggie with us and they were very accomodating.

Everything. Very central location short walking distance from central railway and bus station on the main shopping street and the old town. Kind staff, good facilities and wi-fi, Breakfast was ok not huge choice but sufficient and good coffee. Added value especially for smokers is the sunny terrace with amenities where you can have your coffee or drink with cigarette.
