Some sockets were not working - which we found out late at night and didn't want to move rooms as we were only staying one night. Parking charge was extra - 12 EUR per day.

Only thing I would say is, as a 4 star hotel, it did not have porters to assist with luggage, even though they had the trolleys by the front door?? Would have been a nice touch if the bar offered Nibbles with drinks (had to pay extra)., but every hotel is different, and apart from that, we had no issues.

Great hotel within easy walking distance of the beautiful city. So much bigger than I was expecting, right next to to Dresden's World Trade Centre, which is a lovely glass-covered space with some shops and restaurants. Has a lovely foyer bar, and a restaurant looking onto a large courtyard with a pond. The room was a little smaller than I thought it would be for a business double room, but as we were only there for 2 days, it was fine for our purpose. Big bathroom, though, with a great shower! Would definitely choose that hotel again, if we return to Dresden.

At check-out I was told my husband had breakfast which wasn’t the case. It took a while to explain, in the end after checking with the breakfast service the receptionist told me he needs to believe me but breakfast service confirmed we had one breakfast. The thing is: no we didn’t which means something doesn’t work quite well at the breakfast buffet.

We tooke the room to garden view. It was quit and we liked that there wasn’t any noice. We found a free bottle water, soap and shampoo. There was a little fridge and safe. The breakfast was very delicious: moreover salmon and proseco. We also tasted coctails in the evening in lobby. Everything was good. You can park your car free on weekends in nearby streets, not opposite hotel ( there it costs approx 7E/day) but 300 m closer to down town. The bed was comfortable. Nice to come back once again to investigate Dresden.

Large hotel, but quiet and peaceful. Rich breakfast. Nicely decorated lobby, breakfast room, inner courtyard. Room of medium size, for 2-3 nights sufficient. Easy access from the highway. Large, convenient underground parking 12 euros per day. To the old town center 15 minutes on foot.

The breakfast was fine, but too expensive for the selection provided. The toiletries were quite pitiful - only a tiny bottle of shampoo and shower gel; no lotion, shower caps, etc. There wasn't a tea kettle in the room - so no hot drinks for us.

The room was small but very nice. The bathroom was quite large and had a tub and shower.

Everything was good overall. Maybe just the view form the window was "meh" - I was just the another part of the building and some pigeons.

Breakfast was superb - incredible choice of hot and cold appetizers, main course, salads, fruits, deserts, beverages (juice, tea, coffee). Breakfast lasts for 4,5 hours from 6:30 to 11:00, which is convenient for both "early birds", as well as "owls". As for location: the hotel is located abt. 20 min to Altmarkt by foot, or 3 min by tram, if you use public transport.

There was some misunderstanding about how to order the delivery from restaurant, but it was no problem in the end, it just took a bit longer.

Nice hotel in trade center with parking garage, we were there for one night only, but we really enjoyed it, especially since we could order very good pasta from the hotel restaurant straight to the roomand for very fair price too. The breakfast was awesome too.

Very comfortable room for the family with 2 interconnected rooms. Outstanding breakfast- you can find there all you can imagine. Hotel is very close to city center - within a short walking distance. Staff was very helpful.
