The fridge door had to be lifted up to close it. The kettle lid fell off but was easily rejigged…but needs replacing. The water pressure in the shower could have been a bit stronger. No room service, but downstairs has a buffet breakfast for a fee and happy hour.

Room was spacious with separate bedroom and balcony off the living area. Sofa was comfortable. Kitchen was reasonably well equipped. Window was able to be opened in the bedroom and lounge area to let in fresh air. Relatively close to most sightseeing and Lidl and Rossman stores close by. Bedside tables a good size with nice lamps. Room refresh every 3 days but you could ask for a clean every day. I would stay here again if I was ever in Berlin again.

Perfect location, close to the main tourist attractions, very quiet neighborhood, accessible by public transportation, clean and spacious room, nice pool and sauna. Cleaning is provided every 3 days or upon request at no additional charge.

We had an apartment for four people and it was perfect. Clean, spacious, big wardrobe, the kitchen and washing machine were great. The breakfast is just fantastic and the staff too! Highly recommended.

The bathroom attached to 2nd bedroom wouldn't shut properly and towels had to be used to soak up the water and the curtains wouldn't shut properly.

Great location and facilities. Room was large and comfortable. Central heating was perfect and loved that we could washing. Used the pool each day and hired the hotel bikes.

The rooms wasn't made up and we didn't get any clean towels. Somebody smoked in the room, and I am allergic to it. Generally not as good as the other Adina hotel in Berlin.

Good place to stay for a weekend in Berlin, within walking distance to The Mall of Berlin and Checkpoint Charlie.

Some cutlery not so clean, we had to wash everything before use just for sure. The window blinds on the room don't black out all the light... So our baby was waking up at 6.30am everyday.

The restaurant didn’t have a variety of food and it was quite expensive.

It was a very large apartment with a large living room/kitchen. There was a washing machine and dryer, which was good as we were visiting several cities. It was very, very quiet, so we slept well. There was a swimming pool and sauna, free to use.

This Apartment Hotel was absolutely perfect, the apartment was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Ideal location for visiting numerous historical places of interest.

Great location - walking distance from Checkpoint Charlie, Potsdamer Platz, War memorial etc. Very large and comfortable apartment - in the main area there was a kitchenette (with fridge, hob sink, oven), a table and chairs, a writing desk, 2-seater couch and tv; off main area was a bathroom and bedroom. All spacious and spotless clean. The staff were all lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great - hot food including eggs, bacon, pancakes, continental breakfast - lots of cheese, hams, fresh fruit, cereal. Didn't use the pool or gym. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Berlin.

The kitchen was missing a few basics- oven gloves, chopping board and a measuring jug The lighting in the lounge was not great even with free standing lamps Spare blankets would have been useful though the heating was certainly good

It was really good being able to cook with full facilities including a dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer meant we were able to travel light The beds were comfortable with good linen The staff were brilliant - they were helpful and professional There is so much to see and do close by.Having a Lidl for shopping and a lovely Chinese restaurant made eating very easy

Central location for all main sites. Few minutes walk from nearest U barn and supermarket. Staff kindly left a birthday cake, card and balloons in our room as we were celebrating husband’s birthday. Room size was great, very well quipped and spotlessly clean. Will definitely stay again. Pool and sauna welcome after plenty of walking around the city.

Location was excellent only 6 min walk to the Underground and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff in reception were very helpful and accommodating particularly when checking in the receptionist Faswal made us feel very welcome and took time to tell us all about the accommodation, nearby sights to see and even on our last day asked which airline we were travelling with and promptly told us which Terminal. Whenever we asked we were given additional towels etc - a great reception team. The swimming pool was an added bonus with gowns, slippers and towels provided and when I asked at reception how long the pool was Faswal went away to check it was 17 m. The cleaning staff were also very pleasant.
