The staff is totally rude. First they tried to sell me the room at an overinflated price. I had to do the booking literally in front of him for him to acknowledge it from there it just went downhill. We are a couple, checking in late evening and I had to run errands. yet they DEFINITELY refused to give us two access keys. they said its for security purpose. what kind of security purpose when we both checked in with our passport ? then the WC was leaking, the baththub hose didn't have a hose. the internet was not working on the 2nd floor. I came there last year it was really good, but the usual disease took place, staff is complacent, management non existent AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Everything could have been better - Internet / Wifi could have worked - The staff could have had a modicum of respect and skills - The bathroom could have worked - 2 guests could have had 2 access card - The breakfast could have been...you know...a breakfast

The room we eventually got was an upgrade on the rooms we booked as the A/Cs were not effective - so our standard rooms were no good - the upgraded rooms were more the standard we'll be used to. The service was good in the main but some of the reception staff could be abrupt - maybe a language issue? The concierge was hospitable as was a man at the restaurant who sought to ensure we were satisfied by keeping the service going as long as we were there!

The choice of food was limited in my opinion at breakfast and dinner - and we had to repeatedly warm our food up as it was not kept warm adequately. The A/Cs in standard rooms need to be effective in a warm country

This was a lovely stay for me. The flat was spacious and comfortable. It was not far from the main road. I had everything I needed for my stay.

-No water supply only on 15/5 we hand proper water supply In washroom / toilet -2 days I went out without taking shower 😔 -16/5 - totally no water in toilet / washrooms till I checked out 🙏

Position of bathtub faucet. The apology of a rug in the master bedroom. Absence of internet connection and satellite tv signal that lasted only a few hours. Paucity of kitchen utensils and crockery. No built-in wardrobe in master bedroom although there was space for it. Space for a bar in the living room left empty. Absence of wall pictures in living room and bedrooms. Absence of dressing mirrors in bedrooms Tatty plastic bathroom ceilings.
