We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe choice of food was limited in my opinion at breakfast and dinner - and we had to repeatedly warm our food up as it was not kept warm adequately. The A/Cs in standard rooms need to be effective in a warm country
The room we eventually got was an upgrade on the rooms we booked as the A/Cs were not effective - so our standard rooms were no good - the upgraded rooms were more the standard we'll be used to. The service was good in the main but some of the reception staff could be abrupt - maybe a language issue? The concierge was hospitable as was a man at the restaurant who sought to ensure we were satisfied by keeping the service going as long as we were there!

United KingdomThe beds were really bad. Room 518 bed is broken, and they still kept us inside. The bed quality is very low. They have joined 2 single beds into one with a middle, which keep moving apart. The bedsheets were very brown and no mattress protectors. The bedsheets were light, and as the mattresses moved, the bedsheets came out from the mattress. The toilet had no toilet seats. The shower pressure was really poor. There is no Internet on site even though I had some urgent work to do, I could not do the work due to no Internet on site. We complained, and nothing was done. They really need to update their beds because I now have serious back ache due to the condition of the bed. This is really not fair in customers. Paying huge amount of money and can not have a basic good night sleep.

Some of the wall light switches and electrical sockets had fallen off and not been replaced so could not be used, same with the switch to regulate the A/C... Drunk and very persistent people hanging out just outside the entrance in the early morning, harassing hotel clients waiting for their drivers, then hanging on the vehicles that came to pick up guests and without any intervention by the security guard.
