I think there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness but this was pretty good.

The hotel was overall clean, with friendly staff and very comfortable. The restaurant team are particularly nice.

The location was quite far from town but there were still some small shops to get drinks and bits and pieces around. A taxi costs about 2500/3000 CFA to get into the city centre.

The suite room was very spacious and comfortable. The shower was hot with great pressure and the aircon was superb. The bed was also very comfortable. The included breakfast was also very nice, croissant, bread, omelette, fresh fruit and tea.

The pictures of the hotel rooms reflect the reality better than in some hotels which are deceiving.

Noise was a lot because our room was located in front of the stairs and window to the main street. I think the hotel did not payed much attention to my previous requirement for less noise. Room was not cleaned during the day when we were out.

Quieter rooms with soundproof windows

The room was not soundproof. The streets were very noisy early morning and I had a hard time sleeping in. Looks like the windows don’t shut properly to keep the noise away

It is situated along a very busy road, and it is therefore some noise. The breakfast is not the best, and the restaurant was extremely noisy because of a TV on full volume. Also the reception area was noisy with another TV.

Nothing to complaint about! Only the breakfast is not intercontinental as mentionned here. But with bread, beans, eggs and coffee, we could eat and wake up... So no problem for us.

Very friendly and helpful staff and bosses. They did anything to comfort our stay, from an extra bed, to taxidrivers to bring us anywhere for short trips, but also for 5 hours. It's a distance (30') to the city center, but we used these rides to see how live is going in the streets. And the taxi is not expensive at all. They were also very patient about payments at the hotel bar, prepared food after late night arrival... I would certainely recommend this hotel, and will go back when in Yaounde again.
