The water could easily get to the floor after showering but great that cleaning was done everyday

I booked this hotel because it's only a 10 minute walk from the train station. It's a nice hotel. Clean and well-managed. The bar / pool / pool table area is a nice place to hang out in the evening. The breakfast that was included with our reservation was awesome. The staff is helpful and they speak English.

We tried their "Bokit" fir diner. It was very disappointing. It's definitely not a real Bokit. The chef would rather stick to cameroonian specialties or make a proper Bokit. Otherwise they should call it something else.

Near Omnisport Stadium. Near United express bus station. Near local restaurants. Very nice staff, especially Jason. Good breakfast, though it would be better if they add local specialties like "beignets haricots". Good vibes during the AFCON. Many arbiters and staff from the COCAN were staying at this hotel.

The toilet had a problem and didn't flush after the first time. It was late a night that I discovered so I didn't call for repairs.

my room was not cleaned. i slept past the cleanup time but I was told the evening cleaning crew will take care of the room but they didn’t. partly my fault too

The air conditioned dripped all night long keeping us awake. They offered us a bucket as a solution. As a result we had two bad nights of sleep.

A 3 star Hotel with 4 star pretensions. Service was quick and obsequious when we had to ask for a second towel as there was only ONE towel in the bathroom despite us being two travellers, as well as extra pillows as there was only one each). The staff are trying but the place - like all of Cameroon - is falling apart at the seams. Moments of 'hilarity' (not) included the towel rail falling down and the air conditioning dripping quite heavily all night long.

The fact that the toilet and bathroom were not demarcated is a turn off. Water from the shower pours on the floor, which runs to the toilet area. It makes the place to be messy and untidy

The location was great as it is accessible to the city center and most government and business centers. The breakfast was delicious and value for money.

You booked a double room and will expect they provide toiletries for two guests but it didn't happen . No facilities for tea or coffee and the air conditioners failed throughout my trip. The security in the hotel was okay but in the surrounding, we could not take strolls as we were warned it was unsafe. A guest was actually robbed just outside the premises on the street in the early evening.
