Not really made clear that this is entirely self catering AND has no included housekeeping - so it really is just like renting a villa on Airbnb, it isn’t really a hotel. Staff at the connected hotel also ‘forgot’ to pick us up a couple times when we ordered a shuttle and were waiting outside by the road

There was nothing that I didn't like - it was all great.

The entire experience was wonderful. Very welcoming, friendly and professional staff, gorgeous facilities and exceptionally clean. I highly recommend staying here.

The couches were a tad uncomfy, and there was no pantry to protect our food.

The hosts were amazing - friendly, kind and went over and above. The room was clean and well located - with easy check in and check out.

We can't rate this accommodation and staff highly enough. From the friendly welcome on arrival, to the ongoing assistance as required and the room tidying - these were above expectations. Thank you to Ana and Razia in particular for their amazing service

Would be nice for the price to have housekeeping, the floors always felt sandy, which put sand in the bed etc. We didn't use our pool much as it was really exposed to the winds and was really cold, the ocean was warmer, so that was a waste for us.

Location was great, right on the beach, shops across the road, spacious rooms. Loved the deck and outside area. Nice big bathroom, comfy beds. The concierge service was amazing.

I think the villa/s should be fumigated regularly. We were unable to leave anything on the bench in the kitchen without it being infested with ants.

Everything was provided for, reception staff checked in with you before closing to see if you needed anything...Everything about this place was amazing.

The location was perfect for a couple - so private, and the ability to be shuttled to The Pacific Resort to one of the Restaurants was wonderful!

The ladies in the spa were lovely, however I think the massage was not up to par with a 5 star spa. I have my own and would suggest more training in massage to make it a truly memorable experience.

The property was absolutely stunning and the staff were so fun, kind and helpful. They were there to help with anything we needed. Especially loved Razia and Cody.

Nothing we enjoyed our time with your staff

The staff were exceptional. They accommodated all our needs and the property was imaculate. The room we had was beach front and I loved the view each day & night. The food at Pacific resort was so yummy and the staff in the Barefoot bar were great .

Disappointed about the beach. It's not easy to go for a walk because there are large rocks to get around which is not easy if you're older. There was some misunderstanding about the booking in. In the emails it said to book in at the Pacific Resort, which we did. Turned out we could have gone straight to Te Manava. But despite all that it wasn't a problem.

Getting a lift to the Pacific was always easily and helpfully arranged.
