1) The restaurant needs to be more spacious and offer additional facilities to accommodate the large number of hotel residents. For instance, every morning, there are long queues near the only available coffee machine. 2) The housekeeping staff provides the residents with two small water bottles daily, regardless of whether they have one or two occupants in the room. This amount of water is not enough for both drinking and making hot drinks. Alternatively, residents can purchase water from the minibar at an additional cost.

The person at conierge desk took 100TL from me for an empty Istanbul travel card which I got for free from a ATM machine

The location is about 15 to 20 minutes drive to main attractions of the city.

The room size was perfect. The hotel was extremely clean either in the room, the restaurant, and all facilities. We liked there was a free shuttle bus three times a day to take you either to Taksim or to near the Grand bazar. The breakfast was extremely rich and delicious...One of the very best breakfasts we had in many other stays in different hotels.

The fee for dog is quite big even though I said I don't want cleaning during my stay. The fee 25 euro per night plus taxes... Also , I asked for a coffee machine and it was for The premium room , even though I booked a room bigger with seaview... not the cheapest.

One minus was the location of the hotel. But it was not too bad because the subway and bus stations were not far away.

Everything was so good. We enjoyed our stay there. Everyone was helpful and nice to us. The hotel is a good place for people who want to be away from the tourist spots.

The hotel is not located where the main attractions are however, the public transport and shuttle service provided ensures that the location does not pose a problem to visiting Istanbul.

We booked the room with the balcony, which had a really nice view of the Golden Horn river. The room was cozy and had all amenities required. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and supportive, and most importantly spoke English. The hotel had free shuttle service to various places in Istanbul which was very convenient. The tramway was very close to the hotel as well. The food was very good! Even though it was close to a main road the room and hotel was very quiet and allowed for a good nights rest.

The hotel is described as a spa but there is no jacuzzi or pool sauna and hammam has to be booked so very limited to use.

The housekeeping could be better

Rooms and setup are very good. Spacious rooms. The staff are extra friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is good though could be better. The menu is same for all the days I stayed
