If you are the person who likes to have everything at your finger tips whilst on holiday - transport, endless staff, restaurants, no need to leave yiur accomodation - then this place is not for you. If you struggle to “put your phone down & have no technology” this is not for you. we love going out to explore so we loved this place. We loved the simplicitt, authenticity & the basic set up of this accomodation .

We loved how simple & down to earth this accomodation was. It was in a good location to access all areas of the Aitutaki! It offered an authentic stay - with no TV & the beach at your door steps. It was everything we needed & it what is expected for the price range. The staff were amazing, werent at all in your face & we were given the freedom to do what we wanted, whenever. The breakfast is great - love the local fruit !

Amazing view and location on stunning white beach. Really appreciated the beach loungers this year. We'll manganese and friendly staff. The complimentary pick and drop off to the airport was great. Nice to be greeted with a beautiful flower Lei.

You're just steps from the water, and the sunsets were beautiful! I enjoyed Happy Hour on Saturday and Wednesdays.

the coral reef in front of the lodge is totally dead :/ and the breakfast could have more food

the bungalow is just in front of the beach and very clean and comfortable. is quite roots, but like any place in the island. on Wednesdays and saturdays have a nice bar inside the lodge, which is really nice

No microwave to cook our own food. No cupboards to store food away from insects. Coconut trees not maintained to prevent falling fruit. Quite dangerous as the balcony was directly under a heavily fruiting coconut tree which dropped a couple while we were there. Shower had a constant drip. No major issues really. We just didn't realise how isolated the island was and how simple life is there. I guess we expected a bit much and were a little surprised.

Right on the Beach of the lagoon was fantastic! Handy to takeaway food and a 24/7 shop. Fresh local fruit every day for breakfast. Incredible views of the lagoon every day.

car rental (though I ticked the box was not done for us) so we had to do it on arrival (hence no car for a couple of first days) Actually while waiting for the car, we walked a lot and it was also a great experience

Room next to us had air conditioning, was rather hot for just a few nights.

Great location, have stayed there before. Loved sitting on our porch and hearing the gentle waves come ashore.

Dripping shower, poor shower pressure, aircon not working, wifi coverage extremely poor, no toiletries in rooms.

location is great, close to the airport and township. Right on the lagoon edge, stunning views. Bar and some meals on site. Fresh fruit/breakfast provided. Scooter for hire, though I had to kick start it every time. Wifi available though poor coverage.

The deck was a little dangerous as rotten in places and railings you couldnt lean.

Lovely position on beachfront and great we got picked up and dropped off at the airport and scooters were available for us to use on arrival.

it was great that the windows had screens, but some needed replacing. There were a few bugs. They advise not to drink the tap water. They had bottled water for us which we replenish at the community "fountain" which had uv filtered water. No problems occured.

Wow breakfast included which had lots of fruit. It was right on the beach. Our bungalow had a thatch roof which really made it feel tropical. It also had a small balcony for sitting and staring at the sea. Very relaxing. This was not a luxury resort so it had a very local Islander feel which we liked.

The staff are only there for certain times, if you need anything it's better arrange with them in the early morning.

Very friendly staff, fresh fruits came with the breakfast every day.
