We had a slight issue with the shower bit it was sorted instantly by staff who were excellent.

The shower and loo were basically in our bedroom which is fine up to a point! The shower was cold which was disappointing as the weather was cold and wet too so we would have liked to have had a hot shower at some point.

Very traditional Riad in close walking distance to Souks and many tourist attractions. Lovely roof terrace where breakfast is served and a small number of sun loungers for relaxing. The hotel is lovely and clean and the staff are all very helpful and friendly. There are lots of cosy seating areas to relax and enjoy the building.

We had probably the darkest room located on the ground floor, next to the entrance. It was okay and cozy, but we could not open the window or curtains because there were people in front of the room, so there was no daylight. We still really enjoyed our stay. Most of the time were outside the room anyway.

We had a really nice time in the Riad. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets, great breakfast and nice hours at the small pools at the terrace. The Riad was very nice decorated and had a lot of beautiful sitting areas. The staff was super friendly and always there if we needed anything.

The bedroom had no window but was very quirky and cute. The area outside was a bit run down but we did not feel intimidated when walking round.

The, breakfast was nice and served with some fresh fruit a couple of times. The area where we had breakfast was lovely , the sfaff were very friendly at all times and could not do enough for us.

Nothing really. Sweet and baked goods heavy breakfasts would be my only mild criticism but we took some fresh fruit one day to supplement and then the next day the waiter brought us some to add to the general offer 🙂

Welcoming, helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Really good location on the outskirts of the medina - close enough to quickly get to the action, but easy to step away from the hustle and bustle and the roof terrace was a fantastic oasis of calm. Lovely, comfortable rooms, would definitely return to this riad.

Breakfast was scant, at least on the first day, but got better. Still can do better than a crepe, a pancake and 2 pieces of a baguette! Wi-Fi was not consistently good.

Traditional and within the medina. Easy access to the airport and to The city centre. Very friendly staff! The hustle and bustle of the street are cut off once the main doors are closed.

The property was in an ideal location with plenty of space both on the roof and in communal areas to enjoy some peace and quiet! The staff were very friendly and there is a little kitten who lives at the Riad who made our stay even better :) our room was extremely spacious and clean with lovely air con. Overall amazing stay!

The location is very bad, it is not at all where it pretends to be on google map, and we felt a bit stranded there. We left early. The food is pretty bad and breakfast was not even ready by 8 o’clock. It is also not the cleanest property, very run down, very dusty.

Great location within the lively medina, and riad was a peaceful oasis nonetheless. Beautifully decorated throughout, and rooftop garden was a lovely green and floral environment in which to have breakfast and take a relaxing dip. Views over city and Atlas Mountains beyond.

1.The people, Soulsimane, Hicham, .. it felt more like a home than hotel, they took great care of me during the time 2.Their breakfasts, the Riad put their hallmark in them and they came across as special and were authenticity Moroccan 3.The main plunge pool on the terrace and terrace

Cleanliness of pool/terrace. Seat and lounger cushions dirty and seating had bird droppings on. Original bedroom was not fit for purpose especially if you had mobility issues. Getting an alcoholic drink on return to the property at night was not always possible.

The location was great - in the thick of the old city but a quiet street that was wide and off a main street. There was also a little convenience shop on the corner for water and snacks. The property was beautiful too - a gorgeous courtyard with an orange tree, plush sitting areas and traditional decor. The staff were so helpful, polite, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing - traditional style, lovely and fresh with gorgeous cakes.
