We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandBeachfront rooms can only hold 2 people max, there was some plumbing problems right outside our door for the three days out of the four we were there, they we’re trying to sort it ASAP but wasn’t successful- it was a small issue but they let us use another shower and bathroom from another room - it was prob best they moved us to begin with but I don’t think they anticipated the issue to take so long.
Nice big rooms with big bathrooms, giant pool and beautiful lagoon beach right outside the door if you get a beach front room. We had the garden view room and it was still lovely regardless.. Loved the location and the friendly doggies outside. 1 Hot breakfast option each morning with the buffet. I’d def be back

Perfect location on the Muri Lagoon. You can walk straight out of the hotel restaurant onto the beach with the most stunning lagoon views.The team at muri beach are extremely polite and helpful and go out of their way to ensure everything about your stay is looked after. Great breakfast with a plate of fruit every morning and a hot breakfast option as well as the ususal tea,toast,cereal cold meats etc... As a resident 3-4pm everyday you were trated with a complimentary cocktail and canapés which was a very nice gesture.

New ZealandIt's on a popular beach so beach front rooms will get more noise and traffic during the day so be aware of the trade off if you like to chill in your room.
Great location on Muri beach and excellent staff, cooked breakfast was good too. Had a late departing flight so being able to use the resort common areas and shower room to freshen up until it was time to go was very appreciated. Dinner was good too!

AustraliaYou have to purchase a wifi package. It’s not much - ranging from $10 to $50 pending your data requirements but for the price of hotel per night this should be a standard inclusion.
We had a beachfront room where we could step out onto the sand and access the lagoon. Also comfortable deck chairs out front to sit and listen to the palms swaying & water lapping. Rooms were spacious & comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Well stocked mini bar that was convenient and a complimentary cocktail served by the pool each afternoon. Can recommend the nearby Vietnamese restaurant ‘Rickshaw’ for delicious meals. There are markets on Sat morning- just take the bus for $4. Easy system - the buses just loop the island in either a clockwise or anticlockwise direction.
