We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Heaps of space for 8 of us in the beach house, really unique place to stay. Loved it!

New ZealandHealth & Safety are key concerns in NZ. Restaurant flooring potentially hazardous due to plank unevenness and low lighting levels in evenings (almost tripped several times). Disappointed with 3.5% added for credit card payment that seems quite common in Raro.
Pool was good albeit modest in size. Breakfast Fine. Room cleaned frequently - thanks. Welcome package of water & milk. Hot water on tap as solar switched on for us prior to arrival

An excellent supply of everything imaginable. Lots of fresh fruit. We had the complimentary breakfast which was more than ample. Nice open-air but covered dining with lovely sea views. ALL the staff were friendly and happy. The king beds were fabulous for us oldies. The units were spotless Loved the poolside units.

Most of the time the light there wasn't on, the ground was uneven to walk from the car park into the complex through the restaurant area. Worst of all was the concrete area where we tried to park the car on. Some of the concrete was broken and lifted up under the wheel, thus damaging the rental car. My husband was not very happy with the receptionists reaction when she told him that she herself wouldn't park there!
We were very satisfied with the breakfast and our room was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

New ZealandNot a major issue the Wifi hotspot was a bit hit and miss. However we were able to hotspot from the Friendly mart across the road.
Ocean view studio - comfortable bed, good shower and self catering (which we did not use). We overlooked Wilsons Bar which was fine as it closed down at a reasonable hour and had the advantage of eating on our deck if the restaurant was fully booked (which it often was). The food was great could not fault it. Enjoyed watching the whales at breakfast time. Staff were amazing and very friendly nothing was any trouble.

New ZealandDishes and cuttlery need to be cleaned a bit better. Bathroom needs to be upgraded so water doesn't splatter everywhere as can become hazardous for falls if not drained/dried properly.
The hotel management (owners), front reception and kitchen staff were a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful and accomodating. Location was amazing and we were lucky to see some of the best sunsets and prettiest of night sky we have ever seen. Loved our villa and conveinece of it.
