We were beachfront, as were all the units in this small establishment. Very large room with a private balcony with table, chairs and beach chairs. Freah towels supplied regularily. Also a nice pool with a protected BBQ area.

3 bedroom apartment was a good layout for our family of 5 and had everything we needed, however if I was had to choose something that could be improved on I would say the kitchen could do with updating.

Amazing location with sunning views. Great facilities with the jetty, swimming pool, BBQ area, and use of kayaks and snorkelling gear. Our hostess Desiree was so kind, friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to ensure we had the best holiday possible.

Just as you drive out on the main road, you have to be very careful turning right as you cant really see the on coming vehicles, we had a near miss, so it would be good to get the Neighbours to shave back their hedge a bit, otherwise everything else is great.

The Location was excellent, you could kayak and walk to Muri Beach and the Muri markets was only a 5min drive. Town was only 10 minutes away. Koka Cruises are in Muri. There is a peer that we would feed the fish off and watch the sunrise every morning. Shops, Gas station and restaurants are also a 5 minute drive away, along with entertainment at Te Vara Nui.

Apartment is very spacious, big living room, batch and kitchen downstairs and two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. One twin and one matrimonial bedroom, the matrimonial one with a great view and balcony. Yes, it is a little run down and it may need a refreshing but everything was in good working order and mattress quality and sheets were great. Fully functional kitchen with all the utensils, spices, dish soap, etc. Great pool as the beach in front is not swimmable, too many rocks. Great use of kayaks to go to the motu just in front where the beach is just lovely. Staff very very kind and professional. A rental car is very recommended, 5 minutes drive to Muri lagoon and 10 minutes to town (Avarua). Would for sure come again, highly recommended.

Loved the place. Very quite and beautiful near the beach. Plus, my daughter,her son, and my great gra nd-daughter spent a lot of time in the pool. Great holiday apartments for families or friends. Couldn't find the air-conditioning remote, when I enquired about it was told it was an extra $10 per night payable to get the remote to use the air-conditioning. You would think with the price charged per night they had factored in customers wanting to use air-conditioning.

Home away from home! Comfortable beds. Really well set up. Right on the beach and a swimming pool. Private. Close to Muri. Cleaned every 3 days and towels replaced. Washing Machine

Absolutely loved this place, has everything you need and beyond! You have the option swiming in the ocean or pool like how convenient is that. Snorkeling gears, kayaks including life jackets, everything is all provided! As your walking out on the jetty your bound to see Moray eel, turtles, stingray, beautiful different colors fishes and much more. Saving the best for last staff were such kind and polite people, they looked after my family well (15 of us) kept the place tied inside and outside! Couldn't ask for more beautiful service so please be nice back and respect the place ✨️💕 Thank you Avana for having us we'll be back!!!

Spacious 2 storey apartment with 3 rooms gave us lots of space. I loved the kitchen, dining, lounge and outdoor living spaces. The communal areas were great too, and we used the BBQ, pool, kayaks, coconut husking area and bonfire too. These were all free of charge and made us feel very welcomed.
