I did not like the room security. The door could not be securely locked with even a dead bolt and there was no safe in the room for documents/valuables. The food menu was also expensive.

Overall, I liked the hotel. It has character and it is centrally located in Lubumbashi dependant on your reason for being there.

Wifi internet is very poor.

Breakfast has varities and I stayed from 28th February to 8th March, everyday I found different meals in breakfast. Staff is very friendly and supportive.

A very atmospheric place, with a nice - dated - vibe. The staff at the desk is excellent. Rooms are a bit dated and the bathroom in my room was a bit odd but they are clean, spacious and comfortable. You have to like Congolese rumba as there is often a (good) band playong in the evening… food is ok.

Booking Com told me 90 USD per day and At the facility they asked me to meet the manager for discount. This is my first time to experience such inconvenience for the past 10 years I have been dealing with booking Com. However I am still at the facility and if my situation is not sort out I will leave the place. Thank u

The decor is dated and it's not a "fancy" hotel. Fine for me, but if you want something comparable to a top Western-style hotel, you'll need to pay double the price and stay at the Pullman or a comparable place. Park Hotel is a decent, charming budget hotel with budget furnishings, etc.

This is a great option if you are staying in central Lubumbashi. It is much better than some other hotels offering comparable rates. The staff were friendly, it was quiet and peaceful at night, there was aircon and free wifi and the breakfasts were amazing! There is an ATM in the hotel dispensing dollars and you can exchange currency at the front desk so that's also great. It's in the city centre so easy to catch a taxi right outside. The breakfasts were included in the price (although on booking.com it says they're extra). So, I paid $80 for a room with breakfast.

We did not like the mosquitoes in the room. We asked for the insect spray at the reception. No answer until we left the hotel. You have to listen when the customer asks for something. If there is nothing, you have to give the answer, yes or no.

No comments on the food. The location is good as the hotel is in the centre of the city. The reception of the staff is excellent and in addition the staff is courteous and helpful.

I very much enjoyed the high quality cuisine. Was given a wide range of choice when it came to breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff were great! Very much welcomed us in the hotel and the band in the evening was fantastic!

Rooms in front exposed to extremely noisy road from 5am to 9pm. Moved to another quieter room overlooking the courtyard but still lucky to get any warm water.

Friendly & helpful staff. Walking distance to various supermarkets & takeaway outlets.
