The parking was a challenge to find when we arrived. We looped the buildings a couple of times as there is no specific signage for hotel parking until you get into the parking garage. I would recommend that some instruction of "park in the underground parking and follow signs to Liberty Suites", would be helpful as well as reception for the hotel is found on the 12th floor. It was easy once I knew that information.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was a great size for us to enjoy a meal together in the room.

The parking garage was a bit challenging to navigate at first. Also, the elevators could be temperamental.

Convenient location close to downtown North York and Finch subway station. Our room was spacious, bright, and clean. It had a fully equipped kitchen, which was very suitable for us because our reason for staying there was to wait out the renovation of our home not far from the hotel. Parking was free and breakfast was included.

Everything was great.

Spacious and comfortable. Had plenty of room in a one bedroom suite. Had a bonus washer and dryer which I didn’t realize at the time of booking! Full size fridge freezer as well. Area is nice, and there is a food court and a small super market across the road at the shops on Yonge. I had a car, but there is a subway stop a few hundred meters down the road. It takes about 25-30 mins by car to downtown Toronto, can be closer to 45 mins with traffic. I didn’t want to stay downtown, so this was perfect. To save others some time and confusion, the free parking is on level P2. When you arrive depending on which direction you come from you will turn left, or right from Yonge and you will see a sign saying shops on Yonge. This is the parking building. Proceed to the left of this building, and there will be a stop sign, turn right and a black automatic screen type of door will open. This is the parking building. Go right, then two bays and right again for the P2 contractor ramp. Go down and turn right and you will see Liberty Suites in Green paint. Park anywhere close to that entrance. You can wave your hand and the automatic door will open. Push the elevator screen and go to level 12, this is where the reception is. See photos for the parking building.

Trickiest elevators I ever encountered

I couldn’t find a white one time use sandle like shoe usually you wear inside the room and also there was no water for drinking inside the room.

Staff were a bit discourteous and even unprofessional at times. The staff that I spoke to while trying to find the hotel was not very helpful. As I was checking out at 7 am, there were no staff at the front desk and I had to wait almost 15 minutes to get a paid copy of my receipt.

Very spacious and fully equipped accommodations with breakfast. What's not to love!

It was located in a good spot to grab food and do a little shopping where walking was not an issue. Will stay there again!

They were able to accommdate early check in and applied a room cancelation for the second night due to my surgery being expidited by one day and they did not charge me a cancelation fee which was appreciated.

Confusing parking situation she made me repark somwhere else even though the parcade you park in is free. Also, they charged my card $450 as a deposit even though I paid on booking.com (usually deposits are much less than 450) I think I got it all back, I better go check.

Check in procedure wasn't clear from either booking or signage. I was aware the lobby was on the 12 th floor, but the underground parking was confusing as to how to get into the hotel and use the key pad elevator.

Air circulation noisy is too loud. Train trail pass on right next. The room I had was head to Exact North, no sun shine for the whole day.
