The walls were VERY thin… we could hear our neighbour snoring and it was hard to fall asleep.

the check in process was cumbersome - the text link sent wanted personal information including a picture of my drivers license so I needed to phone to confirm it was a valid text as I did not want to share personal information over an unsecure or spoofed site. If you want to do the pre-check in you had no option but to include a picture of the DL. So when I got to the hotel, they want to see my DL again but I told them it was in the pre-check- in link, however, they say its there policy to also view it - so not sure why you have to do this twice and make it more complicated. On top of that the hotel wanted a $250 pre-booked charge to my CC to cover incidentals - usually at most hotels, they just add to the CC on file. So now I need to ensure the $250 is reversed and I am only charged for the incidentals; Finally, the hotel would not print me receipts for the room charge or the incidentals so I asked them to email me them - they did not get emailed until I called the hotel the following day to follow up

My only complaint would be the lighting in the bathroom was dim and it was difficult to get ready for the day with such dim lighting.

Parking lot, I think someone dinged my door having to park so close to each other. But such is life.

Your parking lot is so tiny, not welcoming for anyone with a truck like myself. But we made it work, the hotel was great, the restaurant was amazing. Friendly staff all throughout the hotel. Even got a free beer from the hotel ceck in process. I would absolutely stay here again. Only down size was the music from the restaurant or nightclub downstairs was pretty loud and made it hard to sleep when your on the 1st floor. But the tunes didn't suck so I did a dance in my undies before passing out fast asleep, eventually :)

Parking was a little stressful because it was not guaranteed but we were lucky and did get it.

Staff was super welcoming and helpful. Decor was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and came with the room.

Drinking water at the room was at extra cost, which should be complementary. Lobby air freshener was too strong.

I've stayed in Mgallery for 3 days. On arrival, you will receive a complimentary drink that you can enjoy at the living room bar during happy hours. It's very convenient location: Granville public market, Canada place, Mall, David Lam park etc -everything is walking distance. Tea, Coffee machine and capsules at your disposal.

The parking is outdoors and at times was hard to use. Generally very clean and the room service was good but there was a hair on my bathroom windowsill from someone else that didn’t get picked up the entire time I was there. Some sketchy people outside sometimes but nothing the hotel can control.

Nicely updated, friendly and helpful staff, the complimentary bikes and umbrellas are a nice touch. Great location close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Good value pick.

It was a little loud on the first floor on a Friday night, given that there are multiple bars nearby.

The furniture and aesthetics were very modern and fun! It was in an area where you could walk to multiple great coffee shops and restaurants. The staff were all incredibly nice. They also were very kind about my dog.

Tiny rooms. No room for cases. Very tight squeeze. Walls are paper thin. Can hear people Talking clearly in hallway and next room.
