The sound-proofing - on the second night, we could hear the footsteps/movements of the people on the floor above us, which made it hard to sleep.

We chose this apartment to be close to the puffin viewing point, which is a 5-min drive away. Our apartment in the B&B was spacious and well-maintained. The view from the deck overlooks the ocean and truly is a selling point. The apartment requires self check-in, which is easy thanks to the clear communication of the owner.

The location was advertised as a B&B but there is no breakfast included. No proper dining table to eat at. Lack of better instructions on using the code door lock.

Location was very quiet with great views. The room was very airy with many windows that could be opened. Walking distance to the water, local shops and a diner. The sound of the ocean at night. Close to the Puffin colony, (5min drive)

A light fixture in the bathroom wasn't working, so it was pretty dark if you wanted to take an evening bath/shower. You had to be very mindful of noise as the walls are quite thin. We could hear everything going on with our neighbours.

Spectacular view from your bed. Great place to stay for a few days, complete with full kitchen amenities. The bed was comfortable. Easy drive to Bonavista!

This stay had people staying in the rooms above me. Every step, toilet flush and movement could be heard. Otherwise it would have been a 10.

Only thing I could have asked for was a box of tissues.

The location for me was perfect. It was a quick 2 minute walk to get to the neighborhood restaurant for a hot dinner or piece of pie. Otherwise I could cook in the full kitchen the property had. Each room had its on heater and fans for comfort. The water was very hot...the bed was super comfy...and parking was right outside the door.

couple of light. bulbs were burnt out. one of the beds was not comfortable and most importantly the smoke detectors were disconnected we found one and put it back up on day two.

Our neighbors were quite noisy and we could hear people walking around on our heads very early in the morning.

The space was ample and the views were absolutely stunning! The bathroom was quite large and had a lot of storage space as well.

Not much to complain about. There were no tissues or paper towels. No cell signal but if you go 500ft Down the road you do. So no texting from there. That's OK, we used FB messenger instead.🙂 Also the bed frame squeaked when you sat on bed.

So quiet and peaceful. Beautiful scenery.Great for a couple. Had its own little fridge, microwave, kettle coffee maker and toaster and a few dishes. We made our own breakfast. So clean and fresh. We had a heat wave while there but the large fan provided, helped and a nice cool ocean breeze at night made it just right. We did have wifi.

TV not working but we were able to use an alternate location with a TV.

Location as it was close to hiking trails and Bonavista. We had an efficiency unit so handy for food preparation.

Knew that breakfast was no longer included. But disappointed there was no coffee in the room. Had to purchase instant coffee amd milk from a costly small store.

The method of door lock. Same code for every person who uses the suite. U indicated to us that one code number is sufficient and even stated u don’t lock your doors at anytime. Not a good method.

Update your website. There was no breakfast. I check the views that stated there was a great breakfast served but when we arrived the breakfast value was null and void. I wasn’t told that at anytime. Put a damper on the trip as we had no method to cook breakfast in suite.

Breakfast was not offered but discussed in previous posts. Property was very clean but unfortunately, not quiet, as we could hear every step and TV of the upstairs owner. To counter this noise, we turned a standing fan on high, for white noise. The only solution would be to have upstairs area rugs over the downstairs bedroom.

I was looking forward to my 1st B & B experience, but this was not bed and breakfast. I was very disappointed with no breakfast. I did not travel with any food to eat or cook .There were no instructions on how to use the TV remotes, there were two. It took me over three hours to get onto the Wi-Fi. I had to walk to the corner store to be able to contact the host and did not get a return phone call. Overall a rather disappointing experience. 

The location for my visit to see and photograph the puffins was great . I was happy that there was a bathtub to soak in.
