Breakfast was diversified with different kinds of bread, cheese, jams and fruits but somehow the taste of most foods was average. The hotel is very nice but it is not really 4 stars (but for the price we were not expecting it)

The hotel is very nice and clean with huge rooms. There is small gym and small swimming pool. Water in the shower was warm in the evening but a little coldish in the mornings. Overall the stay was very pleasant. The location is quite close to the bus station (10 min by taxi) and 30 min walk from the main square. The value for money was excellent

Communication with the staff has been quite a hurdle. Despite having arranged a transfer service from the airport, no one ever showed up. No excuse, nor apologies. Indifference. Gym is out of dated, lack in taking care of it. Disappointing.

It was spacious and luminous. Felt nice in that room.

There’s a gym and outdoor pool area. The staff never turned on lights for either. Unlike other hotels where there’s always a hotel employee presence, this hotel felt abandoned, like I was renting someone’s apartment.

The room and bed linens were very clean.

Night clerk did seem too interested in helping us after arriving late at night. The morning clerk was much more friendly and helpful. / The air conditioning was preset and not very cold for the heat outside and the the heat of the room after being closed all day. We were evntually able to cool down the room, but would not have been very comfortable if we had stayed longer.

Breakfast was better than expected, good selection. It was close to a main street leading from the airport. Hotel seems very new, everything worked, especially in the bathroom.

The only downside is the first night it was very loud outside and it carried into the room, but other than that it was a great room!

The room was amazing! The bed was very comfortable! The jacuzzi was a great touch! We also had the complementary breakfast in the morning and they had many different options to choose from which were very delicious!

Last two days the internet was out so no tv nor iPad connection . The main reason l stayed there was so l could walk to the Guembe Biocenter which they advertise being 850 ft away . We’ll it turned out about a 30 minute drive each way and a taxi cost to me of 140 Bolivians .

Can’t beat the facility for the money .

Walking distance is not too close to the city center but still, only a few mins Uber ride. People staying in the room above me were very “noisy” (if you know what I mean) at 3am… The equipment in the gym was not properly in service.

Super comfortable, nice, spacious, clean, and the staff was really nice and helpful. Contrary to what other comments say, the breakfast was amazing!

Room facing the busy street was noisy. But quieted down some after midnight. Lighting in bathroom was not good.

Room was large and facilities were fairly new. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was better than most in bolivia.

The reception could be more friendly, the breakfast is disaster as we where with a group of 10 and they serve you 1 by 1 took forever, last days the provided a buffet style breakfast but they ran out of products very quickly. The restaurant for dinner was closed, but if it is like breakfast better to go out.

The room got moldy, wet smell smell which is very disturbing. The glass balcony door can not be locked, which makes me feel not safe. And there was even no blanket. It was cold to sleep without blanket.

The front desk girl is so friendly and helpful. She borrowed me her charger to charge my phone.

Early check in was requested, they charged me 20 USD, and replied to my message after they charged me (as alibi), the sheets were dirty, and they did not replace them until 6 pm, then they wanted me to pay for cleaning a sheet 30 more USD. Which after complaining they decude not to. The breakfast is awful, practically bread, margarine, coffee, and some fruits, their staff arrogant and unfriendly. Not going back there ever. WHY RISK CHOOSING OR GOING BACK THERE WHILE THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES. AVOID IT !

- breakfast. We were there for four days but nobody mentioned they cooked eggs on request until we saw other guests ordering them the last day. When we entered the other days the staff was just waiting for us to leave. The bread items were incredibly hard (old). - The shower gets everything wet and has a low quality shower head. They hung up a curtain that was too short so the whole bathroom flooded. - The swimming pool was 'under maintenance'. It looked as though it had been under maintenance for quite some time. So I wouldn't expect that to change any time soon. - The hotel is 30 minutes walking away from the center of town.

Junior suite is quite large. Decent bed.
