The wifi could have been better/faster. It wasn't the end of the world but on a couple of occasions it was quite poor, like I say, if I was on holiday it wouldn't have mattered but I needed to work and needed internet every day.

The location was excellent and exactly as expected (it was the reason I chose it,1 block from the expo ) there was also a large supermarket very near (1 minutes' walk). I would have liked to use the pool but I was working and so did not get the opportunity. Plus I didn't expect to get my room cleaned every day!

Some of the facilities were old and could do with renovating including the interior of the room, the tennis court, the gym. With a little care this place could easily score an 8 or 9.

The size of the room was great, and the grounds were pleasant with good swimming pools and restaurant. The staff were super friendly.

It may be related to the pandemic, but they are short staffed. The bar tender often wasn't there and the check out process was slow. We called for someone to help with luggage but they never came. The breakfast is pretty sparse as well.

The hotel is beautiful. The grounds are excellent and we kept and the pools are great. The a la carte restaurant is also very good! It's a great setup if you are on vacation and traveling with your family. The apartment style rooms are awesome!

No water in the fridge in this hot city and the kitchen equipment was way too old and felt unsafe.

Not maintained to European standard. The handycraft is poor and the kitchen useless without a hub and/or a bottle opener

We didn’t like the stray cats, lack of water available, or shower drainage. The property was in disrepair and pool needed cleaning. There was loud music at 6 am Sunday morning so we didn’t sleep well.

We liked the location and look of the pools as well as size of the suite. There was food available and we could leave our luggage safely.

The bathroom ceiling was leaking, the bathroom was so dirty we had to call them to clean as soon as we got there, the toilet flusher was broken so we had to flush it by taking off the tank lid and pulling the plunger. There was another room that had a spare bathroom but it wasn't clean and water all over the floor. Definitely not 5 star worthy.

The pools was nice y the white cat was awesome.

that the second morning we couldn't go outdoors for our breakfast, possible the staff didn't want to clean outside the area the breakfast were serve like the morning before .

The location was centric and the atmosphere of the hotel is really family friendly, and give us the sense of security at all times, my kids love the swimming pool and have breakfast buffet and take it outdoors the first morning.

for that price i won't recommend this hotel, the rooms are old, the bathroom had a smell, the wifi signal was really bad. the room isn't that comfortable, the only good thing was the location, there is another hotel near this one called Novotel, almost the same price and much better installations and wifi.

The property outdoors was great but indoors not much and the breakfast was terrible

We booked late checkout at 3 pm and the keys and Wi-Fi were disabled by 8 am that day. We ran out of water for a few hours in the morning. The room differed from the pictures. The Wi-Fi connection was good only in the living room. Breakfast is not worth the 10 dollars per person it costs.

The staff was kind and helpful. The suite fit 4 people quite well. Comfortable beds and sofas.
