It was a bit dated and some things didn’t work when we arrived but Sabrina immediately addressed our concerns and took care of everything.

The views were incredible from the room we were staying in. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the location was good. The owner Sabrina was very responsive whenever we had a question or concern about anything and went out of her way to be helpful.

What made our stay in Bermuda was the friendliness and warmth of the Bermudians and, in particular, our host Sabrina. She went above and beyond to make our holiday as perfect as it could be. The accommodation is fairly basic but has everything you need. The surrounding gardens and pool area are beautiful and well cared for. The house is a short walk from the bus stop and from there you can easily get to anywhere on the island. If you need any advice or restaurant suggestions Sabrina is on hand to help.

The first room we had was not what I expected. Small, cold, damp ( the heater would not stay on long enough to take off the chill). Could not get the TV to work. We asked Sabrina for another room and she got us a bigger better room immediately. We were much more comfortable after our move. I might add, we are in our 70’s and certain comforts are vital, and the weather was awful, so we could not enjoy the amenities.

Sabrina was excellent. She made us feel like we were her favorite guests ever!

Sabrina is an excellent host! As a true Bermudan, she has profound knowledge of her country and loves to share all of the information with her guests. Everything during my visit went smooth and Sabrina was always there to help me out, for example with the pedal bike rental and the taxi service. On the last day of my stay, she took me to visit some of the beaches I had not seen before. The apartment was fine, too! If I ever visit Bermuda again sometime in the future, I will definitely stay at Sabrina's place again!

We didn't like leaving.

A few days prior to our arrival, we received emails from Sebrina with excellent information on ordering groceries, taxis, and Island transportation information. We knew we were not renting mopeds, so this information was greatly appreciated. We did order food and beverages prior to our arrival from a local grocery store. They were delivered to our door. We chose a 7-day bus pass. The buses were an excellent way to get around the island and it included the ferry. On arrival we were personally greeted. The owner, Sebrina, was attentive to us. She offered suggestions on where to eat and shop. She was very caring and gave us a list of preferred taxi services. She was so very personable and engaged us in all kinds of conversations started by us or with her. It was fun getting to know Bermuda from her perspective. She even took us for a tour of Southampton. Sabrina was also this attentive will all guests. We were on vacation for our 40th anniversary. We wanted to go out for dinner and Sebrina arranged it all for us. It was such a fun surprise to eat on the beach at Coconut's at the Reefs. We stayed in the Guest House, the largest rental. It had a nice view of the sunrise and sunset and a constant Bermuda Breeze flowing through the living space, bathroom, and bedroom. There is an air conditioner in the bedroom that we only used at night. It is very spacious with front room sitting areas and a lounger in the kitchen area. So many places to read and relax with the breeze. The bathroom is very spacious, clean, and the shower water easily adjustable. We didn't use the jacuzzi, but it was inviting. The outside offered a front and back porch. We ate breakfast on the back porch every morning and relaxed on the shaded front porch in the afternoon. The pool was kept well. There are floats to use. Beach towels provided. The kitchen was spacious, well supplied and all appliances easy to use. We highly recommend Bermuda Connections Guest House and will return.

By far the best part of the stay was the host. Sabrina gave us an unbelievable experience for our first trip to Bermuda. It was like staying with family. She always gave us the feeling that she cared about us and our vacation. Our party occupied 3 units and we had the pool to ourselves every night. She has an amazing knowledge of Bermuda that I can't imagine we could have gotten with anyone else. She recommended trips, restaurants and arranged travel for us. We would stay with her again without hesitation.

I don't think this is the fault of the host, but I received quite a few welcome emails with varying information which was a bit confusing.

The view from the property is amazing, and the host was amazing. On day one, she sat with me for at least 30 minutes to give me loads of information on the island, which came in very handy when the rest of my family arrived on the island. The room I had was very comfortable with a bed, small table, kitchen unit and bathroom and air conditioning. As a solo traveller, it was plenty of room for me. Lovely view overlooking the golf course and see and the pool.

We had a great host! Sabrina is a very kind, helping, friendly and warm person. She even welcomed us to her home and showed us around. The location is 10-15 walk to the closest bus stop. So easily accesible to both sides of the island. The only challenge is the 5 min up hill climb to the property but we treated it as our work out! :) The studio we were staying at was clean, with towels, beach towels, basic kitchen items, cutlery, coffee machine, refrigerator, big smart TV. Perfect for two people for 4-5 days!! We enjoyed eating outside in the garden with a beautiful view of the ocean horizon. Sabrina has so many plants and crops and we had a great time spotting kiskadee birds in the garden! It’s just so amazing!

From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. Sabrina was very helpful giving us advice on how to travel around and where to eat and shop. She has a network of friends and contacts that she calls on for help and she in return is a good friend to them. The guest house is in a quiet area with views across the sea. It is short walk from the Pompano beach club, which welcomes Sabrina's guests for lunch on the terrace, and a short walk to the buss stops to go to Hamilton or the Dockyard.

There aren't any sun umbrella in the garden, so you cannot stay for a drink there when is sunny. The internet is not so good.

Sabrina is a nice person, who did care of everything. She can organize to rent a motorbike at her place, data sim card and everything you need.

I don't think there was anything we could fault, a little walk uphill from the main road if it's something you are not used to, even if there was any issue with accommodation Sabrina was there to resolve it.

After a quick flight from NY, Sabrina had arranged for the taxi to pick us up, and was as the accommodation to greet us and go through everything about transport in the area, what's close by etc, extremely helpful. She also was a great help when we need to make a reservation at nearby restaurant. She was never far away if needed. Having a pool there was perfect and the views from the location were beautiful.

My stay coincided with freak rainstorms however it remained warm and I didn’t mind at all - it was nice swimming in Sabrina’s pool in the rain! I appreciated the sun even more when it came out - it’s actually nice to have a day off the strong sunshine.

Sabrina is very welcoming, she went out of her way to help me have a lovely time in Bermuda. As a lone female traveller I appreciated that. My apartment was close by Sabrina’s pool which has glorious views, I enjoyed seeing what exotic fruit and veg she grows in her garden.

A bit more space for the baggage and a full cupboard to store the items. Bathroom is a bit small, but fully ok. But the family-atmosphere Sabrina generated is extraordinary.

Sabrina is great !!! - worth to come to see just her. The best welcome I have seen for a while at booking.com accomodations. Room was well equipped, but not 100 % modern. Absolutly clean. Scooter service delivered the scooter directly to the accomodation.
