I requested non-spicy food but was served something extremely spicy. Additionally, it was disgusting to find a long human hair in my fish. The internet wasn’t working at around 11 PM. The next day, while checking out, I mentioned this issue. The receptionist told me that all of Bangladesh had an internet issue at the same time. What a response! I asked him for his source. Of course no answer.

A wonderful hotel located in the main road with high quality amenities, very clean and neat and modern designed and very comfortable rooms. We had a lovely 1 night stay and we were really impressed by their standard of cleanliness, friendliness and professionalism. Food is great and the staff are all very nice and courteous. bathroom amenities are great too and everything is top notch. Definitely one of the best hotels in Dhaka hands down.

Smelly airtight room. Every part of the room smelled of cigarettes. The food was extremely expensive, I had no option but to pay as I was too tired to go out. Hopefully, I will never have to return to this hotel.

The service was exceptional from the start. They were polite and extremely helpful and accommodating. My suitcase did not arrive and the person on the front desk, Nipu and all his colleagues, particularly Ahad, went out of their way to follow up and ensure that my suitcase was delivered to the hotel. Ahad even stayed on past the end of his shift to ensure that I received the suitcase in good order. It was a wonderful introduction to Bangladesh. I did not have the opportunity to visit the spa which is my only regret.

There is nothing to dislike about the property!

The people that work there are simply amazing! They were focused and strived to meet every need, were courteous, and were ready to action to make things comfortable. I stayed there for ten nights. I am impressed with their desire to achieve excellence in each interaction I had with them. It is very close to the Airport. It is a different world in the hotel compared to the outside. Very safe, in front of a major road. Their restaurant has excellent food, primarily local dishes and a mixture of Chinese food. I recommend paying upfront for the breakfast buffet, and you will like it—money well spent.

The room and the toilet was unbelievably small for a value of over 10,000 taka accommodation. The shower got clogged frequently during shower. Had to stop the shower every 2 minutes to allow water to drain. There is no swimming pool, the hairdryer was broken.

The location is perfect for those who would need to stay near airport. Behaviour of the staff was excellent. They had arranged very early breakfast and attended to all the requests in professional manner.

The sheer number of confusing light switches in the room. Sometimes up is on, down is on, always have to hit like 5 switches to turn on the right light..Really that's a stretch though as the room was excellent..

Food was excellent.. room was so clean and bed was really comfortable. AC worked great and the people were helpful and friendly.. they even printed a few documents for us and delivered them to our room.. will definitely stay there again..

Conveniently located close to the airport with car transfer option, nice and clean room with an excellent acoustical insulation, great breakfast selection, and the extreme courtesy and professionality of all the staff members. Dhaka Maple Leaf definitely keeps up Best Western good name!
