The internet was pretty awful. The bathroom was a bit small and awkward and the hot water was a bit temperamental.

The apartment has everything you need - Bed, kitchen, desk, bathroom etc. Lovely huge windows and loads of natural light, great blackout and privacy blinds.

The floors in the bedroom were dirty so my daughters’ white socks were dark with dirt. The wifi was very spotty and we all couldn’t use it at the same time. There were times that people without a home would be pooping in the street near by.

This property was close to high interest areas like Monserrate, the Gold Museum, la Candelaria, restaurants, the Plaza Bolívar, other museums and even a grocery store with a pharmacy. This made it easy to get around.

It was not the room we expected, we've stayed here six times, usually different rooms, we thought it was the one we stayed in in 2019, which had two bathrooms and two televisions

Towels Clean but could have been cleaner, whiter. Some of them were not soft.

The Location, on the end of the street from the Gold Museum, Next to Juan Valdez(Breakfast Spot) and you can walk through the Plaza to the end of the streets leading to Candelaria!

Unfortunately, the hotel has several areas needing improvement. The room was consistently cold, and noise from the street was an issue. I also found that many things in the hotel were broken, including the toilet bowl, which was a major inconvenience. While the kitchen was well equipped, the lack of basic supplies like salt and pepper was noticeable, though not a deal-breaker. Improvements in these areas could significantly enhance the overall experience. No hair dryer!

I thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The central location in Candelaria is ideal for exploring Bogota, and having a fully equipped kitchen was a definite advantage. Furthermore, the price was very reasonable for the amenities provided.

The room does not have AC or a fan but it gets pretty cool at night so just open the windows and let in the cool night air. The area isn't great for solo travelers at night but I felt 100% safe at the day and in the hotel.

Staff was extremely helpful and could be reached by phone or WhatsApp. They were always willing to help. the cleaning staff did a great job cleaning the room each day and it is a fun location with groceries, pharmacies and many restaurants within walking distance. Huge bonus, you walk out of the building and look up, there is Monserrat.

Very little - there is no heating system however that is common for the Candalaria area of Bogotá

Located in the heart of the historic city. Whatever you are in Bogota for, you are sure to find it within a couple of minutes stroll from the entrance of the continental suites.

Water could be hotter as Bogotá is not as warm as the rest of the country

The property is in a great location and the apartment suite we stayed in was massive with so much space. The bed was comfortable and had lots of choice of blankets. The staff were very accommodating and let us check in early which we really appreciated. They also let us store our luggage the day we left. We needed batteries to weigh our luggage and the manager bought some for us and brought them to our room! excellent service. The property is also safe and secure.

the rooms do not have heat so was cool in the morning. we did not take showers due to that fact. breakfast was supposed to be delivered at 8. nothing was delivered until 9.
