Only thing that I didn’t like was the beach by the hotel was dirty and all and not only that everything had to be paid for like the sun chairs and sun umbrella and it’s not worth it

A lack of organisation regarding the vouchers for sunchairs on the beach. You pay for vouchers minimum one day before but many times if you came after 9.00 on the beach you may have to wait long time that the hotel's employees to find you 2 ( or more chairs nearby), if they will find. Even if you pay a day before it is better to come on the beach at 7-7.30 to take the sunchairs...and after that to wait ...or to came later to show the vouchers and to rent an umbrella ( for which you cannot pay for in advance ).

There is an elevator and a tunnel who brings you near the beach with minimum of effort. The room was cleaned every day in a good manner. The breakfast is good and with lots of choices. The pools are amazing.

Parking is impossible and dangerous. I would NOT recommend visiting by car - stressful to park down and driving is also not quite easy. Internet connection is very poor. Was not able to connect to it only for 1-2 mins. Beach is way too small for that many people.

Beautiful place, very nice people. Food was delicious and diverse. Lot of possibilities of the spa, swimming pool, etc.

Food was good, try the quattro fromaggi Gnocchis on the roof's premium bar, delicious! Room's view on the sea is amazing, take the garden view only if you want to save some money.

Wifi is really bad. Sometimes it connects sometimes don‘t. Wifi was the best in the restaurant. There weren‘t any covid restrictions. So we really didn‘t feel safe enough.

the bathroom for two people to small...my son was in the different room by him self and he have had a bigger bathroom than we are..

Pool is good on the roof, the other one to noisy, to many people ..overbooked ..room is good ,clean...breakfast is the best part of the hotel ...dinner is ok...no water to drink, any kind drink you must pay ...and it's kind expansive at about 3euros each non alcoholic

The parking wasn't the best, instead of parking at the hotel, we had to leave our car several meters away from the facility on the street.

The pools, especially the infinity pool, were phenomenal, the water was clean and comfortably warm.

We’re disappointed that there was no mini bar, no kettle, nor utensils in the room only an empty fridge The bathroom has no bidet nor a water rinser next to the toilet There is no hair conditioner with the toiletries

The passageway to the beach is a long tunnel that reeks of... feet? I can't really place the smell, but it's far from pleasant. On the last day of our stay it made its way to the hotel itself (3rd floor) - or it was always there and I became more sensitive to it. Our room had an extra lamp - it's not really something that bothered us, but I'd prefer it if a room I paid for is not used as extra storage. The WiFi was good, but the selection of TV channel was lacking (mostly french, italian) and even then the signal/image was distorted and mostly not watchable

The hotel was a bit overcrowded and it was before the season. Nobody paid attention to wearing masks or overcrowded dining room during breakfast. There was no minibar and the parking is way too small.

25m pool good for swimming training. The staff was nice and helpful.

After I already left my review mainly about loud parties at night and lack of quality, now I have to find out they over charged us. I’ve payed in Bosnian marks, expect it’s the exact amount I was booking for in €, but it was charged more. Only around 2% (additional to exchange fee of my bank) but definitely not professional.

If it would be 2-Stars, I would find some positive feedback but 4-Stars and the price are too much for leaving good reviews

Breakfast was terrible. Balcony kinda dirty. Wellness and Spa not really welcoming, the pool was cold, the windows with the view towards outsite were completly dirty, garage style pool..the spa doesn't really exist. I wouldn't stay there anymore..you don't get enough for the amount you pay there :(
