The AC was not working, they suggested to open the window, Was very cold at night and hot in the morning, it wasn't comfortable

For vegetarians, I felt, nothing much options in the breakfast. Maybe they can include some hash brownies, veg pattices something like that. But the place is so good that you would forget about all this and just chill here for a while.

The place itself is so amazing, rooms are spacious, washrooms are royal, so much lush greenary, small lakes, away from the city & town. Everything you see and feel here is so much special & nice. We booked 2 nights and just relaxed & cherished the moments here without going anywhere.

I don’t know where to start, but this place one of the must amusing places I have visited. Welcoming and helpful staff, they deserve to be paid very well for what they do to make costumers pleased. The restaurant at dinned time was good and the prices are reasonable for the food. The room was really neat and luxurious. I loved everything about this place. In addition to that, they are welcoming to kids, and they have entertainment programs for them and for adults as well. Thank you for this amazing night 👏

Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Calling it a hotel is an understatement. What you'll get when you stay here is amazing service from the very welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, unlimited activities to do such as fishing, shooting, horse riding, tours around the area and many more. They also take you on adventure tours on top of the mountains and even give you the full country experience by offering lunch and tea in the villagers' houses. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience and you definitely get more than you pay for.

The staff are all friendly and very helpful, especially Tofiq, who help made our stay in Quba a very memorable one. He helped arranged our tours and made sure that everything went smoothly. The room is really beautiful with an amzing view of the mountain and lakes. A lot of activities being offered by the property - great for the family.

Choice of food could be more elaborate. Number of dishes and cuisines is limited. Vegetarians could find it difficult to survive.

The property was really nice…..it was huge…..and surrounded by greens. Breakfast was amazing too.. Staff were very accommodating…especially the housekeeping staff who kept asking us whether we need anything every time we left the room. The lobby area was very nice… The indoor pool was massive..my family really enjoyed the time we spent there. Turkish hamam’s were also included in our stay!.

Everything - its hard to find something that didn't go well. From staff, to the property itself to the food - everything was exceptional. The property is grand and at the same time peaceful and relaxing. The food and buffet layout is better than anything I have found in any Dubai 5 star property. Both the variety and the quality of food was amazing. There are a lot of activities for kids and lots of outdoor areas which was truly appreciated. The paid activities as well were well managed and very fairly priced. The natural surroundings are breathtaking. And it was always service with a smile, requests made to the room were promptly met - Mr Shahin from the buffet restaurant and Mr Tofiq of guest relations will be fondly remembered for being super supportive. This hotel was a little piece of paradise and I am sure to recommend it to everyone I know. In fact, I would say, skip Baku - come to Quba and stay right here.

The steak restaurant need more improvement as welcoming, provide the seat to costumer.

I reserved the villa and it was amazing I recommend to book the villa. The welcoming was so nice and all the staff was very helpful. We enjoy The activities in the hotel.
