First thing you can’t help but notice were the slimy floors the next thing was the overpowering smell of disinfectant or cleaning agent the housekeeping uses. The pool was very dirty and just a very rundown overall look to the property. I was booked for 4 nights but only stayed one and I’m still trying to get a refund from the property. I do not recommend this property at all

The only thing I liked was the staff all of whom were terrific very respectful and nice.

bed was not comfy, pillow was so thin and looks not so fresh. Everywhere were ants or bugs, broken tea kettle, and fridge shelfes were missing, utensils and cups looks not usable.

I only like the location its was 5 min to our Main resort timeshare. we only need it one night because we flight earlier

The walls of the room were so thin.. we were able to hear all noise during the night The hotel location is actually a 23min walk to palm beach which is fine but there is a bend in the road with no street lights so during the night, it's a little creepy to walk (had to walk with flashlights). We also booked a car rental through the hotel, but the rental company was not professional and not punctual. He didn't show up for the requested time, so we ended up pushing it to another day. The hotel did reach out to him to ask why and agreed it's not cool of the rental company to do that.

The staff are friendly but the service was horrible. We had to hunt down the girl for towels every day, they never came into our room to clean or fix bed, the mattress on one of the beds is horrible when you laid down you rolled into the middle of the bed. No chairs in the room I wouldn’t recommend this place again. I’ve been coming here for five years and never had complaints but this time it was awful.

This property was very dated no upgrades in years, bed was very uncomfortable, water pressure in shower was very low, it was like trickling water. the sink was hard to turn on.

For this price, it is an excellent choice. 20min walking to the beach. Away from the noise of the restaurants.

In our first room the AC died and we had to move to another room. The toilet in that room didn't flush well. In the second room, there were no coffee filters for the coffee pot, no ice trays in the freezer of the mini fridge (and no ice machine to get ice). The rooms are dated but we're mostly comfortable. Front office didn't open until 9:30.

Breakfast was good. Pool was refreshing. It is in a quiet area and the concrete walls made it very quiet. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful in finding us a rental car. It's a bit far from the beaches, and walking that far in the heat proved to be too much to do every day. We were grateful for their lenient cancellation policy. Shampoo, soap etc was from the aloe factory on the island which was nice.

WiFi was bad most of the time.

Great location - very short driving distance to several restaurants, beaches, and attractions. Wonderful staff. Big rooms with comfortable beds, very quiet at night, and the kitchen was a plus. Decent breakfast. The pool was a nice place to cool off after returning from a long day out. Rates are more than fair - allowed us to spend more time and do more things in what’s typically an expensive destination. We would be happy to stay there again.

Nice and clean pool that was not overly chlorinated which was much appreciated, safe and clean grounds, cute roosters and orange cat. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

Refrigerator wasn't running when we got the room, so no ice available. No iron available either, not a big deal, but would have come in handy.

Room was comfortable and clean, floor could have used a quick cleaning. Bed and bedding were very comfortable, all toiletries were aloe and smelled wonderful. Outside porch was a nice touch. Pool area was pretty and we met some delightful people. Only thing missing was an ice machine on the property, but ice trays were provided and refrigerator freezer worked great. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is about 20 minutes walking from Palm Beach. It wasn't a problem for us, as we liked the walk, but if you don't like walking I recommend bundling the hotel with a car.

Everything is very nice. The room we were in was very clean, amazing shower and even had a mini kitchen, which was handy.
