unfortunately no pool at this resort but it was hardly missed. We felt that stepping directly into the warm Aruban Surside waters for a dip was much better than any mega resort fantasy pool.

Laura and I feel that we have discovered THE perfect spot to stay when in Aruba, It is spectacular. The morning breakfast delivered to our balcony each morning was decadent.

the flies in my room but there wasn’t anything anyone could do. once you open the balcony door they just fly in

it was very convenient. close to the airport. pretty much in the middle of most places I needed to go.. if I went straight out the resort and made a left then I’m going towards eagle beach/marina area and if I made a right out the resort then I was going towards st nicolaas and baby beach. resort was very clean. breakfast served on your balcony daily at your chosen time. a continental breakfast but sufficient as they give you yogurt and their cake or the day with coffee and oj. beautiful view with a mini beach and pinchos restaurant right behind in case you didn’t want to go far. lovely staff. will definitely be back!

Breakfast was excellent-if one can eat everything offered, for sure can skip lunch and get directly to dinner!. Same for the view from our balcony-the sunset is unbelievable! The nearby beach (100 ft away!) was nice, but we went everyday to a different beach. The staff was super friendly. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels.

This is an absolute gem. The staff was just amazing, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We stayed in the larger suite and the view from the privare terrace is probably one of the most stunning we’ve seen in Aruba. The suite was very spacious, extremely clean, very comfortable bed (with black out blinds), perfect air conditioning across all rooms, the kitchenette is also well equipped. Fresh beach towels as often as you need and great toiletries from the local aloe vera beauty company. It’s only a five minute drive from the airport and has easy, free parking right in front of the property. The breakfast was also incredible, rich (and plenty) different every day and served straight to your terrace at your desired time, there’s definitely something for everybody. We wouldn’t even consider staying somewhere else in Aruba.

We were a little out of it when we arrived and it being our first time to Aruba a little bit more information from the (very accommodating) concierge might have helped us get our island feet quicker. We only discovered the grocery store inland a day before we left and the lovely (cheaper) restaurants off the super touristy path. Still loved this location and now next time we'll know!

When I booked this room there had not been an expectation of breakfast because of COVID but to our pleasant surprise we enjoyed a light breakfast provided each morning. The location is in a sleepier part of the island but that suited our trip better than the craziness of the Palm Beach area. Beach view/access and a few restaurants for dinner close by. The room was perfect. We plan to stay here again.

Only minor things... I was missing the kettle in the kitchenette. Also, there is a coffee machine in the kitchen but no coffee has been provided. And the last small detail, the microwave is placed on the fridge so I couldn't reach it easily.

I liked almost everything! The view from the room was amazing. The proper provision of the fresh towels, huge bathroom, very good quality of the toiletry (Aruba Aloe). The room was clean equipped with a comfortable bed, desk, chair, sofa and air conditioning. A lot of space to store your clothes! Breakfast served on the balcony by a nice lady was always delicious. You can enjoy your meal and watch the sea forever. The hotel has an access to the beach. You can just grab sun chairs and relax under the tree for the whole day! In the evening you can enjoy the glass of wine and watch landing planes. The hotel and its area are clean. The staff really takes care of the gargen and all greenery. Close to the city center (15 minutes walk). Nice restaurants nearby.

No management staff available on weekends. Mops and hoses left out during our entire stay, like nobody cared. Weird plumbing -- when you took a shower, water came up in the kitchen sink.

Comfortable large room with great view of Surfside Beach and jets landing at the airport. Very convenient to the airport and downtown. Walking distance to several excellent restaurants. Breakfast delivered to the terrace on time.

The area looked unsafe. There was no pool. The room was not as described. The beach was very small with little sand space. When I was down the room there was two wooden doors you had to unlock to enter the room.

Breakfast on the veranda in front of your room overlooking the sea is very romantic but the food offered is arbitrary and you have little or no say in what is being served - and when you get a mug of black coffee when tea was requested the experience becomes less satisfying. It would be much better if guests could choose the items they wanted.

The accommodation is ageing beautifully. Everything is in working order but starting to show some age, eg in the bathroom. I could tell since my last stay here was 12 years earlier.

No person available at Front desk, thus when we needed to ask help for some things to be resolved this was impossible. Bathtub very slippery for my left leg (I had an ankle fracture in past). I went around looking for someone to help me, and I found the Maintenance man who helped me with anti-slip rubber mat. Very grateful for the maintenance man. Coffee machine was not working so I could not heat up water. As there is no one available at front desk we simply could not get this solved. Finally, bath/shower water did not get warm. I had to have water run for many minutes until I could bare the cold water. I understand that it is a small hotel/appartment complex, there is no front-desk person at all times, but they should have a host that could be reachable by phone or whatsapp (like airbnb hosts).

Location very central & breakfast enough to eat. Service lady that brought us breakfast was very helpful if we wanted another cup of coffee.

If you aren't there for an event on the weekend, I'd probably choose somewhere else. Both Friday and Saturday nights had events in the courtyard (which the balconies overlook). These were quite loud, and you'd better hope you like the music selection. On Saturday night, after the event was over, the organizers broke down the equipment, so lots of banging tools against metal.

The room was excellent--modern, charming, and clean. The view from the balcony was stunning. Very quiet comfortable nights on weekdays. Breakfast was great. Room had a lot of amenities. Solidly recommend for weekday visits, and the courtyard looks lovely for events.
