I think the rooms can do with some upgrading Toilet doesn’t work properly had to try and lift the lever to stop water from constantly running. The electricity stopped working for about an hour which made me very scared and plus I saw a very big cockroach in the bathroom when the electricity went which made me so restless all throughout the night.

Location to the airport was great. The staff was great and the proximity to the neighboring beach/bar/restaurant was great.

The placement of electrical outlets or rather, lack of electrical outlets made using the kitchenette challenging. Internet in my room was spotty. I had to stay in one spot in the living room to ensure that it didn't drop out.

The property was quiet and clean with a beautiful view of Antigua's north coast. There was also a beach just outside my door that I could visit.

it is old, no effort to enhance it. not clean. I had a huge cockroach who invaded my bathroom and gave birth in my towel some eggs. yes terrible experience.

Could use an update on finishes, I did see some bugs but there were professionals spraying bug spray which was good (but also made them come out). It was also extremely hot in the room. There were no outlets so I had to charge my phone with the fridge outlet on the ground.

Location was great! We missed a connecting flight and stayed here 2 nights. Staff was great, room was nice, waterfront, and the price was reasonable for Antigua. The restaurant next door was lovely. All in all a pleasant surprise.

Late check out - again I should have thought ahead. I had a long time to hang about in the heat before our flight. Choice of snacks available on site would have been great.

Problem was I hadn't realised that the bar restaurant was closed - but it was totally not surprising due to the time of year! Just didn't think ahead enough and there are no shops or eating places nearby unless you get a taxi.

The property is undergoing some renovation, so room choices were limited

The location was excellent for my American university of Antigua and the hotel is located in upscale neighborhood and very safe the hotel has an excellent view to sea / ocean and also has a private beach. This setting is almost similar to any other upscale beach The manager Tiziana was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make the stay very comfortable and provided lots of information about the island to get us moving

A lot of building work , rubble and building equipment outside the door. Cement dust on patio/ outdoor seating area, none of which were shown on photographs. Dingy towels. Lack of some kitchen equipment. No toaster in one apartment and no bottle opener in either.

No safe in the room and door lock was unsafe

Northshore was run by a lovely friendly Lady who was very helpful. The apartment was very basic and tired. We where able to use the pool of next doors hotel
